We stayed for a week for our annual family ski trip and we could not have asked for a better home base. The house is perfectly located between Conway and all of the best ski resorts in the area (Attitash, Wildcat, Black Mountain) and provided us everything we could have asked for. It has a massive, open-plan living room/kitchen area with a gas powered wood stove, play room for the kids, and comfortable bedrooms. The host was responsive and helpful throughout!

The location and size of home easily accommodated our 6 children and 4 adults. The house was well maintained, updated, and very clean. It is in a great location just outside of North Conway and right next to Story Land. Awesome place to stay and highly recommend doing so.

Perfect cozy place to spend your vacation
If you planning for saco river tubing this a convenient location. We missed out using hot tub, however may be our next stay we might plan. There is a beautiful room in attic (kids room), I think it revived childhood memories for some of my buddies. Must stay place !!!

This property had everything needed for a friends ski weekend. The place was spacious and had great amenities like the hot tub, many tvs and foosball. The only complaint I would have is the previous renters left a garbage can full of beer cans and food in the fridge that we had to throw out. Other than that, the stay was great and close to so much!

Great Stay!
This property had everything needed for a friends ski weekend. The place was spacious and had great amenities like the hot tub, many tvs and foosball. Awesome place
We have stayed at this wonderful house several times over the past few years. We use it as a base for skiing Wildcat or Bretton Woods in the winter, and for hiking the Whites in the Summer/Fall. Lots of space. Clean. My three kids love it! We have nothing but good memories and positive comments about the house and location.

We loved this house and location! It was very clean, the layout was perfect for us. Being able to cook, watch tv, sit at the island bar all together was just what we wanted. The hot tub was a plus being so cold. The kitchen was set up very well. Overall, we will definitely stay there again.

great year-end break week stay
We had a week-long stay over year-end school break. Molly offered us early check-in though we did not need it. Place was very clean, easy to keep warm with the flip-fireplace/stove. Hot tub out back was great - clean, all the panel buttons worked. Fully functional amenities - we had everything we needed to cook, do laundry. The game room was very fun, and there were board games & TV with Roku & cable. Close to severa ski & snowshoeing places. All in all a great place, easy to relax, would definitely stay again!

We loved this spacious but cozy feeling home. . it was located in our favorite area Christmas Mtn. It was spotless when we arrived and equipped with everything we needed. The bed was super comfortable too. The check in and out process was super easy as well. We look forward to our next visit.

Awesome adventure
We loved our stay here during Columbus Day weekend! House is beautiful and bigger than description. Had everything that we needed plus more! The kids loved sleeping in the loft and they loved the game room. Hot tub was amazing! This house was so comfortable. The views from the neighborhood are incredible! Molly was so good with communication before and during our stay. We will definitely be returning!

Disappointing. Broken Hot Tub, Construction every where, urine stained mattress pad
House was spacious, the neighborhood was nice and the proximity to area attractions was great. 7 days prior to our stay Molly let us know the back porch was under construction and it would not impact our stay. She also mentioned then just a week before our stay that the hot tub was hot and clean but the display was touchy and we may need to press down on the panel to get the jets to work. We found the hot tub display was 100% non-responsive; my husband works hard labor for a living and it was his #1 request for the rental when I booked back in July. Construction on the back porch is very major (full addition) dangerous hanging supports under the porch and an unfinished opened staircase (should be taped off). This made the backyard completely unusable and dangerous. This also left no real access to the backyard. Construction debris in the front yard as well including a razor blade still on the stone wall and a port-a-potty. These concerns could have been address more appropriately with more notice to us with time to cancel or a discount off our stay as the Porch has certainly been going on for months, and I have a feeling the hot tub broke when they moved it off the original back porch months ago. Instead Molly told us they would be out to fix the hot tub after we had checked out for our 5 night stay and she would refund us just pennies for the hot tub not working. I found this insulting. We paid $$ extra a night for that one amenity. The icing on this terrible disaster of a rental is when we stripped the master bed to find blood stains on the pillow and a urine stained mattress pad. Funny as I would say the whole rest of the house was very clean but this was so gross! I loved walking all the loops and hills with my dogs, very nice neighborhood for that. There is so much space inside for playing and family time. Each AC unit in the bedroom has a blue blinking light that goes off like a strobe light every few seconds in every bedroom that was very annoying especially when falling asleep. The step ladder into the kids loft was so dangerous, the railing should be higher and the ladder permanent, a kid could easily have the ladder slip and fall right over the side. But my kids 5 & 8 loved the loft so much, they called it their secret bunker. Disappointed in this stay for sure, especially for the a
Premium we paid. I found these major items to be unacceptable for such a premium and that the rental did not meet its description.

We’ve been lucky enough to stay here twice. Both times the home was sparkling clean. WiFi is excellent and the beds are SUPER comfortable. The kids love the 4th bedroom which is more of a cubby style loft. It’s adorable & we dubbed it the “Harry Potter room.” The hot tub is certainly an added bonus. Molly made check-in a breeze and is friendly & welcoming. We highly recommend this clean & spacious Bartlett home.

Our group of 8 (plus my dog, Dixie Doo) had an amazing time staying at Molly's White Mountains property! From the moment we walked in, we knew that this house would accommodate all of our needs for the few days that we were staying there. We absolutely loved the hot tub, the large living room/dining room, and the bedrooms were super comfy too! The kitchen was great for all of our cooking needs as well. I can't say enough about how excellent our experience was! The trip went very smoothly, and everyone in our group was thrilled was this house that we found. We'd love to return in the future too!

Great house for a family or group
We enjoyed our stay at this house. The location is great, close to both Attitash and Wildcat, right around the corner from Storyland, and close to North Conway and Jackson. It’s tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and well appointed. The beds are comfortable and there was lots of space for everyone to spread out. I will caution that the fourth bedroom off of the kitchen is best for children and not for adults as you have to climb in through a small tiny door and the ceilings are slanted and low. But the kids loved it! We enjoyed the hot tub on the deck.
We found that it was hard to regulate the temperature in the house- if it was hot on the upper level it was cold on the bottom level, and we could’ve used a few more towels, but other than that the house was really great and we would definitely stay again.

Beautiful, quiet getaway home that's pet friendly and well-appointed
Our last-minute getaway to this beautiful home was fantastic. We travelled with our older dog and one of the smallest moments had a huge impact on me during our stay! When we walked in house, there was a dog bed right next to the TV in the living area that our dog immediately went to for a nap. Our dog loved it and I thought that was very thoughtful of the owners to have! The neighbourhood is also very quiet and perfect for taking the dog on walks.
We both own small businesses, so we still have to work when we travel and the wifi was great for those purposes, with plenty of spaces to sit with a laptop. The kitchen island was my spot to work at so I could still be part of the experience while sending out a few emails.
If you forget anything, there is a grocery store just 5 or so minutes down the road.
The owner was super responsive and helped me out when I was trying to check-in. The door had a simple keypad to enter in my private code to open it... which I had to call the owner to find because I was trying to open a totally unrelated lockbox instead! Haha- my fault. As embarrassed as I was, she was super nice about it and made sure my code worked and it was no problem at all.
Thanks again, best wishes to you, I highly recommend this house for the comfort, amenities, and location. The hot tub was relaxing, we slept great, left relaxed, and our dog gives it two paws up!

Mostly a great place
This is a lovely home. The owner was very responsive. However two things made it a little less pleasant than other rentals. First, the listing said there was air conditioning which was important to us. When we couldn’t find the thermostat at check in, the owner told us there was a mistake in the listing and there has never been AC in the home. Disappointing. It was very hot during our stay. Because the bedrooms are on the basement level, they’re a bit damp, making sleeping muggy, especially in the master, even with fans running at night. Also, the first time we opened the microwave to use it, it was spattered with bacon grease with a leftover piece of cooked bacon in it. Normally just gross, but during a pandemic very unsettling. What else (that we couldn’t see) wasn’t cleaned thoroughly? Other than that, we had a nice stay. Recommend being accurate about AC in the listing, getting a dehumidifier for the basement and considering a new cleaning service.
