I like most the location of the hotel. Near by prem nagar situated to the near by atm .

Staff behavior, manager behavior, I give extra charge for stay delay for 4 hours.but they did not providing any service with in that our. Cleaning is major concern for hotel

Pleasent Experience

The hotel was very good although I had an issue in check in but the manager was really helpful however, I had to pay a few extra bucks other than the booking amount but it was worth it because the stay was great, room, view, service everything was pleasant but I will surely visit again when I will be in town.

The food was expensive and the bathroom was not cleaned properly, needed a little improvement in Cleanliness.

they have a strange religion policy :I m really surprised. On asking Oyo they said that no such policy exist but the hotel staff mentioned this.

It was very unpleasant one.

Location was ok. It was a roadside property.

Service was very poor. Cleanliness was very poor. Why you show it as a Rs. 3000/- room and you are offering it at 1100/-. In reality the room was not worth more than 1000/-. There was hooting all night by some boys and no one was there to check them. Seepage was there in the room. Only one curtain was there in the window and it was able to cover only half window. Dustbin, towel, soap was provided when we asked for it. TV was not working properly. The signal quality was poor and most of the channels were buffering. The room was totally different from what was displayed on your website. When you will stop befooling people. This is my first experience and I will recommend no one to use your services.

Really Poor sanitation. I checked in around 3 PM and was told the geyser need to be repaired and hence I went out for roaming and came back at 5 PM. When I entered the room, it was full of toilet smell. I asked staff for room change or room freshner , but no response. And when I thought to take a shower the geyser was still not repaired.
