Koh Chang was once an island of fisherfolk and it still retains the laid-back atmosphere of a simple society, a relaxed and relaxing aura that makes for the perfect holiday. Laze away the days on perfect beaches with crystal clear sea under deep blue cloudless skies, or venture out to explore the unspoiled islands of Ko Khlum, Ko Mak (National Park), the Fishermen's Village night market in Bang Bao, the temples with their unique statues, or the nightlife at "Lonely beach" clubs.
Once you arrive in Koh Chang, we invite you to spend a period of rest and absolute quiet at the Sole Resort on the island of Ko Khlum.
Here, you can spend your days exploring pristine sandy beaches bordered by tropical greenery and calm blue seas as well as relax in hammock overlooking the idyllic Gulf of Siam listening to the sound of the waves crashing on the shore.
In this typically Thai style resort you will not find the comforts of a luxury villa since the purpose of this retreat is a journey to discover your own spirituality, healing and nature.
ACCOMMODATION
Sole Resort has two rows of bungalows from north and south of restaurant.
You'll find different bungalow categories in this cozy tropical holiday paradise so the prices depends on the size and the location of them.
Bungalows, standing in rows parallel to the beach, are all built out of wood and covered with the typical Thai palm roofs. All have private bathrooms with European toilets, water showers and equipped with ventilators and mosquito-nets.
The restaurant of Sole Resort serves delicious Thai specialties, drinks, snacks and Continental breakfast.
In front of the restaurant there are tables and chairs directly on the beach, so you can also eat and drink there with a special "beach atmosphere".
