Good

Great value for money. Very convenient when travelling by railroad or by car, though finding a free parking slot might be challenging. There’s a canteen in the building, catering from dawn till very late.

A dog barking throght out the night spoiled my sleep.

The hostel placed near train station. There are many stores and cafe located close to the hostel. You can right in the hostel building because it has kitchen

The hostel doesn't have enough staff too service all rooms. I lived in 3 different rooms. 2 of them were not clean. The light in my room turned off twice. It is critical for me, because I always use my laptop. It can be broken if the light will turned off

Everything was up to standards

I had breakfast included in the price, but the lady was very rude and didn't want to bother herself. They had plenty of breakfast prepared, but due to her attitude I didn't get what I paid for.

there was a mouse in next room, stuff was all busy and couldn’t serve properly. Said that no available beds, but then I did booking for a double room for 12000 tenge. only after that they recommended me another triple room and explained it like there are other higher status people coming etc.

Great example of a good hostel!

This hostel is absolutely superb, the staff are friendly, helpful, full of local knowledge and go the extra mile. The facilities are cleaned daily, rooms are spacious, air conditioned, large lockers for the bigger backpacks. I had a lovely, relaxing time at this pleasant place. It was everything I needed and wanted from a hostel. I would highly recommend staying here and will definitely return.
