Good for a family, visit the plaza across the highway.

The staff approved the room purchase even though my wallet was "lost" on one of the Carowinds rides on the day of check-in. The room was clean and had plenty of space. There is an indoor pool and gym. Five minute ride to Carowinds. There is a nearby plaza that is very modern and has great eats. It is very trendy and a nice place to shop even. It is on the other side of the highway, I forget the name.

The staff were not very welcoming, only engaging with customers when necessary. For instance, the staff offered zero suggestions about local attractions or good places to eat or shop during check-in. No bath fan and a sliding door for the bathroom. The free wifi required unnecessary information to function.

Everything you need in one place.Home 2 suit is my number 1 choice. I can’t complain about anything.

I love everything about this hotel super clean and comfortable free water free coffee and tea.

Good stay for value and families, we will stay again!

Convenient location, comfortable rooms, good value.

Door knob handle came off when opening the door to the room, and shade to window would go up, just further down past the window but not up all the way to pull up from over the window.

All in all we were pleased with our stay and will probably stay in future when traveling with family

Since we were traveling with our grandchildren We were counting on the indoor pool for activities and was extremely disappointed to find it was closed for the evening. I was very pleased with the cleanliness and well stocked room , and the friendliness of staff.

When I first got their my room was given to another family member; so what happen to ID checks and their were bugs in my room and the toilet seat was broken ( it kept falling off)!

Great time for a family!

Excellent breakfast options and I love they are ready at 6am. We were in town for a competition and it was great location to get to River Place.

Pool was getting cloudy by the time my daughter went to swim. There were a lot of people swimming in it that day.

A hotel we will frequent again next time we’re in town!

I loved having a full kitchen with a full size refrigerator and the room was nice & clean. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of hot & cold choices. Staff were courteous & friendly. Location of the hotel was close to many great shops & restaurants.😊

The indoor pool, breakfast was served, the room was clean, comfortable and a nice size, I like the area it was in, complimentary water, apples, tea, and coffee,

The clerk barely understood what I was saying (she worked our entire stay), apparently there was a Christmas party in the lobby, could hear running upstairs, breakfast bowls all had onions and peppers in them in which you could not see until you open them, not a good view from our room window just trees and the roof

This was a great hotel for a family visiting the area, with a great location and free breakfast.

I really liked the location and the size of the room. Having a curtain between the beds and the pullout sofa was nice too. I also liked the free breakfast.

The only thing I would have liked more was information on check out listed on my room keys.

Very inviting

The room was a 10! Very spacious. Very clean. The young man and woman working the counter were very kind. We ask for a room change, nothing at fault of the hotel, just didn't like things we were hearing from the room next to us. Very smooth process.

The breakfast I would give a 3 out of a 10. The breakfast sandwiches were pre made/ tasted like they came out of frozen box and heated in the microwave. The homemade waffles people were making did look good. I would have liked to have seen muffins.

Phenomenal 😍

Everything about this Hotel was lit 🔥 for real. The ambiance was over the chart. Epitome of luxury to say the least. The suits was spacious and completely furnished. Staff were extremely friendly and I could tell they loved being there. They had complimentary bottled water, coffee, tea and fruits 24 hours. I felt I got way more than I had paid sincerely and will definitely stay again and again
