Clean home in great location

Very clean property- good location- a easy walk to the Harbour and also to the strip of shops and restaurants

The property is very small- we booked for myself and husband- my daughter and my father and really should have booked somewhere with more space- the shower was =difficult to get right- either too hot or cold.

Great location, perfect hub to visit St Andrews

Great location just a quick walk into town centre. The road is surprisingly quiet at night, so it's easy to fall asleep.

As with all accomodation in St Andrews, it's quite expensive.

We were playing in a golf tournament not far away, so the location was at the most a 20 minute dri

We went into town. Which was 5 minutes away. Lots of choice.

We never met the owner.

Disappointing

The fact the property is advertised as accessible but has a step at the front door and layout (including access to the toilet & shower) that is entirely inaccessible for a wheelchair user.

Superb

This was perfect for our needs - we needed a little home from home while visiting our daughter for the weekend and this was spot on. Easy short walk into the centre of town, quiet and everything we needed

Perfect location for a happy visit to St Andrews

Perfect location, short walk to town, the beach and bus station ( for Leuchars station and Dundee). There was everything we needed in this little house for a cozy and comfortable stay. Everything was clean and sweetly furnished.

it didn’t bother us much but you do need to manage the ‘damp’ in the house - it’s next to the stream so I guess there’s some rising damp. stick in the dehumidifier, open windows or put the heat on :)

all in all it was good.

it was in a decent location. size and rooms were good. all the facilities.

could of done with 2 sets of keys and the electric hob was awful to use.

Overall we had a good stay, very comfortable and near to the centre of St Andrews.

Good location, very clean. Well equipped kitchen, everything we needed. Supply of tea/coffee/milk/sugar was a nice touch.

Technically parking was available on the street but there were never any spaces available, this is a very busy road. We did find a space around the corner and decided we wouldn’t drive during our stay so it was fine. Anyone wanting to drive though would need to find a space. There were garages and a lot of space at the rear of the property and we thought it would have been even better if a parking space at the rear had been available. We had to fiddle about a lot with the tv on a couple of days as Netflix and all other apps were unavailable.

Needs a refurb

The location was great, the size of the accommodation was perfect

The decor was very tired and unfinished. The bedroom carpet was badly stained , the furniture was old and damaged. Felt like we had downgraded our living standards for a few days.

The shower was great.

The bed in the main bedroom was uncomfortable and the duvet was too heavy. The skylight in bedroom. Woke at 6.00 in morning as light was shining through. Maybe put a blind up. The tap in kitchen was faulty, you had to hold on to it to use. The plug in bathroom sink didn't drain away you had to hold on to it to brush your teeth. A bit run down and needed ventilated.

Adequate could be slightly better.

On the keys. There is no mention of two box’s. Not knowing this we just tried the code in the wrong box. Leading to us calling you. Also it was difficult to get the keys back into the box, the box is too small.

Overall I think you pay for what you get. It is an ok appartment in a fabulous town. If I was to pick one thing the stains on the carpet in the main bedroom let the place down, it’s a bit off putting. If you like suggestions I would suggest a dark carpet, as not knowing they are there would be better 😬.

Well equipped comfortable apartment and great location

Great location and well equipped apartment.

Minor points really but difficulty shutting the velux blind in the bedroom. Bedroom carpet in the double room let the room down as everything else was lovely. Beautiful new bathroom but shower was not smooth running and you couldn't put it on high or it kept going hot and cold.

Superb

Homely and good location

The strict no earlier than 4pm check in was inconvenient, it was raining heavily and we ran to out of open (Covid time) attractions while we waited for 4pm. We also couldn’t work out the heating when it was a bit cold.
