Ski shuttle details: Angel Fire Resort Ski Area shuttles pick up and drop off skiers at designated condo shuttle stops. Pick-ups and drop-offs will be integrated into the normal shuttle routes between the parking lots and the ski hill. During peak holiday dates, the condo shuttle will run a continuous route with no charge to our guests. During off peak times, the condo shuttle will be on a on-call basis only. Guests can call 505-603-1038 to request a ride. All they need to do is tell which condo and how many guests need to be picked up, and a shuttle will be sent directly to that location. (Antelope, Bear, Deer, Cougar, Fox)



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

I booked this through booking.com and then had to manage communication via multiple channels, I thought this was poor customer service and a bad tone setter for my experience. The good: Location is great. Walk to the resort is about 7-10 minutes at most. Beds were comfortable. The bad: This place needs a full renovation. Carpets are probably 20 years old, appliances are 40+ years old, thermostats are a bit of a joke how inaccurate they are, showers have hot water, but the heads and handles are worn our and essentially garbage. Paint, wallpaper, "art", and random fabric that is tacked to the wall is worse than you would find in Motel 6. For the price you pay (and taxes) I would expect a much nicer place. Our experience: The sink/disposal was stopped up on day 1 and the handle fell off the shower in the MBR at the first touch. I requested these repairs to be done. I was asked to send photos to "expedite the process" at which point I explained that I was out of the condo and that a sink stopped up didn't really need a photo and the shower just needed an allen wrench to fix. I was told that a local person would contact me. That didn't happen. On the 3rd night of my stay at 5pm I finally spoke to a local person after many repeated messages to the company. The problems were never resolved during my 4 night stay. Additional problems to be aware of: Parking is not assigned and there is no system to check cars. Thus, you might not be able to park at the unit at all. There are no suggestions on where else to park and parking in this area is challenging. There is no wifi. There was a wifi router sitting on the counter but there was no service to it. You are told to use "public dumpsters" to get rid of your trash. The dumpsters nearby were completely overflowing during our stay. I thought this was unprofessional. We stayed over Christmas which likely made repairs more challenging, I get that. BUT if you are going to charge people a premium to stay over a holiday, you need to also make sure you have repair people available. you can't simply charge more and then ignore the issues, that isn't fair. I would stay at the property again for maybe $150/night, but not more. I would not stay there again if vacasa is still managing it.

Plenty of space and quiet. Clean and inviting. Just off the Resort Blvd in Angel Fire and close to all the ski area and town .

Property was easy to find and check into. Overall was very clean however the carpets and couches could certainly use a cleaning.

Throw back memories of ski trips when I was in college. Nice and clean and what you need for a little getaway. Great view and great walks in a great location. Loved riding the bikes down the mountain too.
