Destul de multe activități pentru copii, loc de joacă interior și exterior, teatru pentru copii mai mici și mai mari, tobogane în piscinele pentru copii sunt multe și frumoase dar apa nu este încălzită pentru ei, mâncarea a fost bună, deserturile la fel, personalul foarte ok.
Având în vedere ca am fost 4 familii am fost împărțiți în clădiri separate și camerele au fost foarte diferite, ceilalți au avut dozatoare de apă pe fiecare coridor, camera considerabil mai mare și cadă. Plaja este într-o stare deplorabilă, scoici sparte și apă murdară, aerul condiționat avea mucegai și deși am fost la recepție mi-au spus ca vor trimite un om să verifice, problema nu a fost rezolvată și nici camera nu ne-au schimbat-o.

- mâncarea a fost foarte bună și deserturile la fel
- animatorii sunt de nota 10
- personalul de la curățenie și de la servitul mesei la fel nota 10
- doar în cazarea noastră am avut apă de băut ( nu toate au această facilitate)
-am avut suita cu un dormitor, dormitorul OK dar canapeaua era groaznica( nu se putea dormi pe ea), cearșaful era mai mic decât canapeaua și era murdară.
- din clădirea unde eram cazați urcam efectiv un “ deal” să mergem la piscină, masă sau alte activități. ( cu căruciorul a fost epuizant)
- apa din toate piscinele era atât de rece încât copiii au renunțat să mai încerce să intre
- zona pentru bebeluși plină de copii uzi, nesupravegheați, efectiv băgați acolo și uitați.( ziceai că-s sălbatici)
- PLAJA - o glumă proasta; după ce ca nu încapi în microbuz trebuie să mai aștepți o oră până mai face o cursă. Durează cam 5-6 minunte să ajungi în niște boscheți, ferească Dumnezeu ca nici în vie la bunici e mai ok, ajungi la 30 de șezlonguri cu 15 umbrele pe un mic deal, trebuie să îți rupi picioarele prin nisipul plin de scoici sparte și wooow ajungi la apă jegoasa cu bolovani și alge de îți mai rupi și gâtul. E o terasă lângă unde poți cumpăra ceva de băut și la sfârșit plătești și 6 leva șezlongul :))
Specific ca nu suntem o familie cu mari pretentii, dar unele lucruri au fost groaznice.

Nagyon változatosak voltak az ételek minden nap. Éttermi minőségű és rendkívül finom volt minden. Elszigetelt volt a szálloda, de mégis közel volt mindenhez, pl. a Napospart nagyon könnyen megközelíthető gyalog. Mindenképp visszatérnék.
Az esti szórakoztatás lehetett volna felnőttekre is hangolva, nem csak a gyerekekre. Lehetett volna pl. karaoke. Túl sok volt a gyerek műsor és a fellépések inkább a gyerekeknek szóltak. A Wifi sem volt a legjobb a szálláson, a szobából nem volt mindig elérhető.

The resort construction with great gardens, incredible interior volumes/space and plenty of pools.
The cleaning was ok in the rooms but not so good in the pic toilets.
The biggest disappointment was the food. Same main dishes all the time that were also not good.. To much food with no taste and appeal. In the end it' a TUI resort so you would expect a higher level of meal treats.
The seaside beach is far away, terrible with a tiny place where to bath,almost deserted with no bar, toilet and stuff. The shuttle bus driver almost left us there because he wanted to depart earlier(6 minutes) than scheduled, so be careful.
Overall it didn't meet all my important expectations so I can' recommended it !

The room was big and clean , and the beds and pillows were very comfy. The food was tasty, and the deserts had taste in comparison with other hotels. We did not leave the resort during the day.
The pools had cold water. The show during the night was boring except for the quiz part.

Eveerything which was included on the resort was over the expectations.
Very good meals and food diversification every day.

Enough space in the pool for everybody.
There are several pools.
Daily activities, you can't get bored.
Every evening with shows, music, dancing, quiz for everybody.
Very big room and every day cleaning and changing the towels.
The beach is far from resort and have to take their bus to get there (which is free, but the first one go there just at 9 am)
Also drinks and food not included on the beach.
A lot of big rocks near the water. If you want to go into the water you have to pass 2-3 meters of rocks and there is a risk to slip or hurt.
Also, if you want a good coffe there (on the resort) is a dedicated bar but also not included, you have to pay.
Is valid for food too. There is a better restaurant with better food but also not included.
There are a lot of games but for every game you have to pay 5 leva.

very good and diverse food, very nice and attentive staff. great facilities such as pool and entertainment crew. didn't use the spa so no opinion on that. very kid friendly, lots to do for them. great poolside bar.
it was my wifes birthday so i tried to book a restaurant but it was closed on that day unfortunately. as an alternative i was offered a bottle of wine to be delivered to our room. i accepted, but we didn't get it.

The entertainment team was great, food and drink all day and delicious. Sunbeds were enough, magical garden. Mini golf for free, good swimming pools and slides.

The animation team was very good. Lots of activities for the 6yo kids also for adults. The tui blue app is very nice feature - you can see and book every animation activity right from the app. there were free themed acticities in the kids club twice a day available for booking. Also the evening programme was interesting for kids and for the adults.
At first upon checkout a room with quite bad smell (possibly someone has been smoking in the room) were guven to us. Even though the resort wasnot even half full. But after our request to change the rooms it was chenged to a equal room with out any smell.
As it was end of the season, some activities were not available, like all the mini-golf balls were lost by the hotel guests. Also a coffee machine was not working some of the days in the main restaurant.

I had a situation when I needed support from the staff in the restaurant and couldn't explain in bulgarian which is strange since the hotel is in Sunny beach.

Very kid friendly place with awesome playground ,kids pools and fun animation at evenings. Our housekeeper cleaned our room very well after request from us. I guess the food was ok.
Dirty and cold pools. Not much hygiene at the eating areas. Very noisy at evenings and afternoons with drunk people shouting and music banging. Did I mention the large green pool full with balls of filth rolling at the bottom of it? Almost every guest on site was sick and those who where not got sick after that. If you want to take a shower in the bathroom you have to waste around 10 cubics of cold water before any sign hot water decides to show up.

The food decent, not wow but i am kinda picky so dont take my word for it. My husband and daugher liked it.
Pretty far from the beach (we liked to walk in the evening, not take the shuttle bus), around 25 - 30 min walk
The bed matress was very very soft and bouncy (no suport for the back). To the point that i wake up every time my husband moved at night
Animation team had games for kids, also the evening show was mostly for the kids. I would try to involve more the adults too. I get that is a family resort and the kids need fun...but commonnn... how many bad magic shows can we see?? :((
Food and drinks - as i saied...i am picky but for me that was not a 4 star service (my husband and daughter like the food thow)
Low number of lifelines at the slides. Most of the times u had to give it after 1 round (if u are a decent civil human being) and wait in line for a new one

cleanliness. pool toilets should be checked and cleaned more regularly. the chambermaid did not do a thorough enough job cleaning the hotel rooms.

That you had many facilities which you could have used.
Many things:
1. The first thing I have noticed when I entered the room was the dirt. It was very dirty on the floor, you could feel the dirt on your feet. There were a lot of big spider webs in the top corners of the room.
2. We didn’t get any shampoo or shower gel in the bathroom for 8 days. The soap was replaced only once in the whole stay.
3. The water in the pools was way too cold, especially in the kid’s pool, which doesn’t really make sense. The water in the children’s pool was colder than the water in the bigger pools.
4. The staff wasn’t very nice or welcoming and a lot of them didn’t understand english, which made it difficult to communicate with them.
5. The location is far away from the beach and what is apparently “their” private beach which is included in the “All-Inclusive” package, is a very abandoned beach with a bar where actually nothing is included.
6. If you do not have cash you cannot benefit from nothing from the extra facilities, like good coffee. You can only pay with cash everywhere in the resort.
7. BTW. the coffee (if I can call it that way) is really horrible.
8. Because the rooms were not very clean, and the restaurant wasn’t that splendid either, I can only assume that having A LOT of guests could produce an actual health hazard because it’s doesn’t seem to have very good sanitation standards. Which may be the reason why ALL of our group of 7 families have had some kind of sickness during or after the vacation. During the vacation we had to visit the emergency room 3 times (seperate families). Btw. the local emergency room is actually a private clinic, which costs. I recommend you make a travel insurrance.

The food was great. Very diversified and fresh.
When we arrived the person from reception told that the room was changed from double to suite. But that was not true. We olso told the receptionist that we have a 7 months baby and we what a room in a quiet place and he gave us a room near the entrance of the hotel where was a lot of noise.
The bathroom wasn't very clear.
We have to pay for the parking lot, but they parket us in am andeveloped plots, at first we pay 50 Leva/7 nights, after they asked for more.
The beach is to far away, 15 min with the car, at last 20 min walking. And the beach was full of garbage and we couldn't get it to the water because of the stones.
