Would stay here again.

The people are friendly and helpful. We stayed a week and had no problems. The location is great, you can get anywhere from there.

Overall it was fair. We continue to come back due to the front counter help and the fair price.

The spacious room. That is was pet friendly. And the yard for the dogs was good.

The carpets didn’t seem clean, the towel rack in the bathroom was too big and close to the toilet and when I went to use the bathroom in the middle of the night I hit my face on the rack and almost broke my nose. The pillows were too soft and the bed was too hard. My wife hit her head on the towel rack when she turned in the shower. The shower head was terrible.

Very good

The night manager was excellent — helpful— informed us of potential delays on drive down to Raton. Had breakfast ready before 5:30am as we had told him we needed to checkout by 5:30. He greeted us At breakfast. Don’t lose this great employee!👍🤞

This is my 2nd stay at this hotel. Friendly staff, great location and pricing is budget friendly.

Close Proximity to where family is currently staying. Parks nearby are beautiful!

Breakfast offered lots of items. Location was close to family.

For 4 days no came in and cleaned up. We had to ask for clean towels. Garbage wasn't picked up.

I made a good choice.

The room was clean, not huge, and just fine for a one-night stay. The breakfast bar was well stocked, and perfect for my needs. I couldn't ask for any more.

The indicator light in the smoke detector is unusually bright when it flashes. More than a little distracting.

The lady at the front desk, don’t know her name a little older short hair, was awesome!! So funny,kind,helpful! The breakfast was far better than any other continental breakfast I have ever seen!

Needs more blankets!! I freeze at night and my Hibbing is always hot but all that was in the bed was a thin cover and they didn’t really have blankets for the guests

Disappointing

Liked the size of the room, the comfort of the bed, the friendly staff

The shower pressure was so weak I had to waste more water to get clean. The shelves are stupid, there's at least 3 cups now stuck back there with no way to retrieve them. Everything in the room has stupidly bright lights on: the microwave clock lights up the room, when I turned it around I found out the smoke alarm has a bright green light aimed right at the head of the bed. For the money this place was not very comfortable. Worst hotel in my 2 weeks on the road.

We’ll be back only for Roberta!

Walked in after a tough night and was greeted by Roberta. She was an absolute gem. She was so sweet and welcoming to us even offered us some water because she saw how hard of a night we had.. Thank you so much for being so kind and caring to my husband and I. You are truly an asset to this place.

Our room was dirty. The toilet was pretty dirty and the top linen was a little dirty.
