an ok residence / coliving

stayed there for a week - it was ok for that amount of time. the main room and bathroom are quite spacious. the speed of wifi was sufficient for the video calls the tram stop was just outside the residence; and the residence is conveniently located on the tram line connecting the airport and the city center. the staff were helpful.

it is quite noisy outside, if you get the room with windows facing the street - bring ear plugs with you.

Excellent rapport qualité prix

Le plus c’est vraiment son emplacement. En face de l’arrêt de tram St-Augustin alors tout est facilement accessible. Et pour le prix c’est vraiment le top! La taille de l’appartement est très correcte également, on ne s’y sent pas du tout à l’étroit. Il a également été possible pour moi d’arriver en dehors des heures d’ouverture de la réception et ça c’est top car j’ai pu être flexible à ce niveau là. J’ai aussi très bien dormi! J’ai pu prendre des douches chaudes aussi donc il y a globalement tout ce qu’il faut dans cet appartement

Il est vrai que on peut facilement entendre le bruit dans les couloirs où dans les autres chambres, pour ma part cela ne m’a pas dérangé car il n’y avait pas beaucoup de monde à mon étage. Au niveau du ménage, on est pas sur un 10/10. J’ai pu voir quelques toiles d’araignées et des araignées cachées derrière les miroirs mais honnêtement tout le reste était assez clean dans l’ensemble

Emplacement idéal, personnel accueillant

L'emplacement, le tram s'arrête juste au pied de la Résidence. En quelques minutes nous sommes au centre de Bordeaux. La propreté et l'aménagement des chambres, ainsi que les équipements. Salle de bain très propre et grande. L'accueil, personnel très accessible et gentille.

Solid for its price, easy to reach.

Location is quite nice: outside the center but the tram is just in front of the apartment making that an easy trip.

It was hot, no aircon, and the balcony is in the full sun all afternoon and evening without any shade options. So take care when visiting in the summer. Also it wasn’t very clean, we found a toe nail in our bed. Yikes.

Great value, good sized accommodation, welcoming staff and a great location.

The property was very clean and the staff were very helpful. The location was great, close to the tram line and easy aces to the train station and the city centre. Local amenities are short walk away, this includes a couple of supermarkets, bakery and a great pub/ restaurant next tithe church.

the apartment was only a short tram ride to the centre of Bordeaux and good location to airport

staff very helpful with attempting to modify the apartment to become somewhat accessible because the bathroom and toilet were not made for wheelchair accessibility. bed was very comfortable. short ride to city centre

A place that was described as being accessible for a wheelchair user was not! for use of most important aspect of an apartment being toilet and bathroom were very difficult to use for an accessible apartment. If you are not a strong physical person and can stand a bit you won't be able to use the bathroom facilities

Excellent location, nice staff : a home away from home!

My stay was very pleasant. The Residence is very well located, the staff is super nice and professional. It's very good value for the price. I will definitely come back next time I travel to Bordeaux. The common areas were always clean and the noise insulation is good. I'd recommend for short and also longer stays.

The wifi is a bit slow. I was travelling for work and I needed more data than the average person. Don't get me wrong: the Residence offers a reliable network that would meet 90% of people' s needs. However, if you need a more robust network at times, using your mobile phone data can help with that.

This apartment is suitable for short and long time stay in Bordeaux: clean, nice neighbor and close to Tram station.

I arrive at the time with super high temperature (40 deg), it will be great that the apartment could provide the fan for the residence, just lend for a few days will help a lot.

Pleasant

The studio is located right near a tram stop, even if it is far away from the hot spots such as the palace of bourse.

The studio us somewhat different from the photos which I saw when I booked it. I found no hairdryer in the evening when I came back to the studio after taking a sight-seeing on the first day. So, I had to send a message to ask for it through booking.com. Next morning, a staff came to give me it.

property was spacious, I felt safe, it was closeby to public transport, clean and the staff were extremely helpful

there was no airconiditoner so it was quite hot in the room, I asked for a fan and the staff brought it up promptly. it was also loud during the night due to the tram line right across from it, I asked the staff and they closed the shutters for me and gave me ear plugs. so overall it was fine

Comfortable and homey

Comfortably furnished apartment, very well equipped kitchen. Would be great for a long stay. There is a separate door between the bedroom and the door to the apartment, so the sound isolation from the hallway was very good. Staff were also very helpful and kind.

Although it was right by a tram station, it still took at least 20 mins to get to the city center, so maybe not a great option for shorter trips. The wifi was also rather shoddy.

Nice experience overall but could be better :)

the studio/one bed room apartment was spacious and clean with new furniture. There is a table tennis table and pool table as well as small gym (only for running, no weights) Wifi was good and the staff were friendly as they brought me a nice new iron :)

The bed was not very comfortable. No cleaning and no fresh towels during my entire stay of 5 nights (maybe I could have asked for towels but I was busy). It could have been more towels. Also transport was noisy outside, isolation can be improved.

Excellent value for money, would stay here again!

Really good value for money. Friendly and helpful receptionists. The location is not right in the centre but I liked that, the tram is opposite the residence and takes about 15 mins into Bordeaux centre! Great shower and nice room.

It was generally a great experience. Maybe a few weights in the gym...but it had a gym! Maybe a breakfast option?
