I left due to Filth .. Uncomfortable .. intolerable

Location suited needs

The Mattress was beyond Filthy..large Blood Stained -large sweat stained .. covered 1/3 of mattress .. old black filth .. soggy saggy old spring .. not at all sanitary /clean .. I contacted by email - requested a refund .. have not heard back ..I left .. filth was disgusting .. uncomfortable. This property was totally misrepresented.

Dirty, dissapointing, unsafe or sanitary and nerve-racking as we have a newborn.

Nothing it was actually disgusting.

Everything, will be attaching photos, the photos provided by booking.com are not a real representation of the place. They might have been maybe 10 year ago. No Double bed, 2 broken singles together with hair all over it, human and pet. I have bitten all over my legs so there is definitely something living in that bedding! Glad I bought my child his own bed. I don’t know how your meant to sleep with springs sticking out of a broken beds so we did not in fact sleep the whole week. Bathroom was the worse room, shower unit hanging off, rail hanging off, shower head filthy, toilet seat broken couldn’t sit down on it. The thickness of dust everywhere showed it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks. Kitchen, firstly safety is not key in this apartment, wires hanging down out of boiler, no bowl for washing up so not great if you have a baby and need to wash bottles had to buy one. The main reason we wanted an air bnb is so we could wash clothes etc having a baby. Well that was out of the question with how mouldy it was. Living room, well I wish I had more photos of it, windows and blinds cakes in dirt and dust, tv stand covered, had definitely not been hoovered! Table covered in god knows what kind of sticky stuff. Don’t be fooled there are no channels on the TV except 1 & 2. Bottom door we spent a good 20 mins trying to open and no instructions from owners except where to get key from. Also read in the description that there was a garden? Haha fat chance of that!! Rules were printed and left on the “dining” table, You have to clean the place before you leave. I’m sure staying somewhere there should be cleaners come in after every guest? I guess not! Overall I will be claiming for my money back on misrepresentation.

enjoyed it!

For the price definitely worth it. big appartment and equipped with everything. TV is working, bed and couch are comfy.

The centre is a 10-15 minute walk away. I was given a key but it was always difficult to open/close the door because the key was dirty or not copied very well.

the bathroom toilet seat was broken . shower head was filthy as was old bathroom cabinet & skirtings. no plugs in the wash hand basin or bath mat & just one towel each. no plug in kitchen sink or any cleaning materials. door handles in flat all broken as was the entrance main door to the flats. the wi fi router was on the hall floor. the blinds were broken & the table leg was held on by gaffer tape. there was no private parking . the only free parking was for 45 minutes. as far as we could tell there was no place called “Three Pears” & we stayed at Asha Court. all together a disasterous stay. NEVER AGAIN.

Below expectations and not value for money.

Location was ideal. Apartment was spacious and reasonably comfortable.

No toilet roll, no kitchen sink plug, no bathroom sink plug, no hand towels, no kitchen towel, no clothes hanging space, no coat hooks. Kitchen tea towel barely adequate as a rag. Lounge window blinds do not work properly. Bedroom roller blind in poor condition with snapped cord. Bathroom wall light did not work and toilet seat moved too easily. Window area & blinds were not clean. Overall property could do with a coat of paint.

The apartment was difficult to find, it was dirty, the boiler didn't work and it did not have parking as advertised.

I would stay again but only if I was in my own for work but definitely wouldn’t with the wife. to run down and neglected

great location for me,

smelt of cigarettes, cooking utensils were very poor, cutlery was nearly non existent. windows had huge holes in the woodwork which mate it very noisy. needs updating. looks better on the photos

Disappointed

It was close to city centre and it was less expensive than hotels in the city.

The bathroom was dirty, especally the shower, with the light fixture not secured to the roof. The bed was very lumpy, I felt every spring. The TV barely worked either. You could hear everything happening outside the window we kept checking to make sure they weren't open. When I rechecked the ad for the property I noticed that there's 2 pictures of the bathroom and one is fake!

Could do with a bit of clean up...say paintwork Kitchen a bit sparse with limited cutlery/ 'crockery'...no dish clothes ...found wet tea towel ,eventually, in washing machine. Only these small things stop me giving this a 'top rating' TV signal (free view) ,as ever, in flats, weak

It was on a very busy rd next to Indian restaurant opposite takeaways cars up down most night Windows old not double glassed night didn't work in bedroom TV doesn't have llot of channel s and keeps picsalating no instructions for heating so wouldn't recommend

Disappointed and upset.

Location good for town and river. Bed large clean and comfortable. Apartment spacious for two.

Very dirty, pots and cutlery covered in grease, blinds broken and filthy, no plug in washbasin, cracked tiles and mould in shower, fittings including shower controls loose on wall. One toilet roll and no washing up liquid. Misleading information about parking for car although specifically asked for prior to booking. Pot luck if any on street parking available within half a mile. One spot in very unsecure location on first come basis still some distance away across very busy road. Single pane sash windows to busy street so noisy.

just easy to get to and really everything you need, TV didn’t work but I’m this day and age that’s no biggie

it’s all good to be honest, needs better parking, I would argue parking really shouldn’t be advertised because it’s not guaranteed and you could turn up and have no where to park

Fit for purpose and reasonably cheap, but would consider paying the extra £20 to stay elsewhere

Nice and very spacious apartment with a large bed and bathroom. The location was ideal for me and the free parking is a bonus. It was a reasonably quite block with minimal noise from neighbours during the night.

The apartment smelt and the utensils (cups, plates etc) were all dirty! Had to buy plastic cups plus washing up liquid and sponges to be able to use the bowls for breakfast. There is parking around the corner which is free, enough room for 3 maybe 4 cars, but there’s no drop curb so if you have a super low car it won’t be suitable for you.

Location was good for food and shopping (sainsbury)

You cannot open the windows so when cooking the whole apartment was filled with smoke (frying steak), the bath wasn't great as hot water wasn't hot, the indian restaurant underneath had a hanging sign that banged in the wind all night keeping me awake, the mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable too, parking my lwb van was also difficult as had to park on main road.
