Perfect getaway for a small family or a couple!

The farm was beautiful, so quiet it was very nice, chalets were lovely and cosy, animals were great fun and the hosts are very friendly, helpful and accommodating! We will be back!

Nice offering but price point a bit high

We loved the setting and our little boy loved the farm animals and play area

We just felt the price point for the room and breakfast was too high at £204 - and after using Booking.com to book we saw we could have booked the room for considerably cheaper (over £30) directly on the Northlands website which was galling.

Definitely stay again but price paid was to expensive for one night (£245)

Great location for beaches and walks. Really like the grounds and the addition of the animals on the farm. Nice bed sheets and towels.

I feel the accommodation could be updated a little and more attention to cleanliness. Dining table seats were very tired and worn. Bedroom area quite tight for space, could do with a little modernising in that area.

Very good

Key was in the chalet when we arrived, instructions to find propery easy ot follow. Although 2nd bed wasn't made up the bedding was brought to us very quickly. Welcome pack left for us not expected

Equipment in chalet appeared to be good quality but there were no instructions to work the microwave/ ordinary top oven combo, which would have been helpful. owner did bring us a small oven to use instead

good place to crash for 1 night but would stay again as a family due to the mezzanine bedroom

The animals on the grounds was a big win with my 5 year old

Their is only one room which is mezzanine so when travelling with a child or with friends isn’t really suitable due to noise carrying

Lovely place to stay

stunning property with lovely grounds to walk around with some beautiful animals to interact with which my son loved. I will definitely visit again and next time come for longer to make use of the grounds.

The bed in the bedroom was lovely and very comfortable but the sofa bed was really uncomfortable to sleep on. I would like a bit more in the breakfast box, maybe some fruit and a bit more selection of cereal. it was hard to change the temperature in the chalet, there were instructions in the book, but it didn’t relate to what was there.

The perfect place for a luxury stay at a very reasonable price.

The location was lovely, it was in the middle of farm land, with lovely unusual animals, gorgeous surroundings. The chalet was lovely, everything you needed was there. It was luxury at a very reasonable price. We met one of the staff who was really lovely. Also the information that the host supplied about the surrounding area was in-depth and really helpful. I highly recommend you staying here and myself, friends and our two dogs will definitely be back.

Beautiful grounds with animals. Very tranquil. Not aware of other guests.

Not having the bed on a raised platform on the mezzanine. It made getting in and out of bed quite difficult as the rafter was low.

Wonderful location, cosy accommodation, helpful staff.

The lake and the Breeze - quite beautiful. Well kitted out, great shower.

There was a problem with key fob so I couldn't get out on foot. The instructions weren't as clear as they could have been on that and i think the key fobs should be checked for each new client. Sofa bed mattress not very comfortable. The 20 minute walk to The Bull's Head was a bit of an underestimate and i suggest letting people know that there is no pavement on much of the road so it would be quite dangerous in the dark.

Beautiful outside, not so comfortable inside

clean, well decorated, nice welcome pack, nice location, beautiful grounds with animals

Tiny, no storage space at all, had to live out of suitcases, no windows, just “velux” style on the roof, made me feel uncomfortable.

Wonderful location, quiet, relaxing.....and breathe.. .

The location and grounds are fabulous. Like the idea of making chalets from the old farm buildings, very pictesque, quiet and enchanting. Dressing gowns were perfect, beds so very comfortable - great nights sleep! Being woken by the sound of Guinnea fowl! - just outside the great picture windows in the roof looking from the bed was really fantastic! Loved the animals! Bathroom very nice standard. Clever use of space - the mezamine bedroom area lovely idea - giving height and light. Our 10 month old puppies first trip away - it worked really well. So close to Chichester!

Maybe some hooks for clothes would be good when staying multi nights. But plenty of draw space.

We loved all the extra touches: goody basket of provisions, all of the recommendations of places to eat and things to do. We also loved the lake and the rowing boat.

love the setting the grounds and animals were great fun. The chalet was compact but a great space and better than being in a hotel.

minor, but of you were elderly or had back problems manoeuvring around the beam upstairs and bed on the left hand side would be tricky. But not an issue for most.

A very comfortable stay for a bride-to-be!

An easy stay, in an absolutely beautiful location. Peaceful and quiet. My best friend stayed here ahead of her wedding day and got ready onsite and absolutely loved it. The chalet was absolutely pristine on arrival, with all the required facilities provided as advertised. The staff were brilliant, particularly the housekeeping staff who, put simply, couldn’t do enough for you! Easy to access and great communication with the host, Kerri, too! Thank you!

The property was as advertised and actually surpassed expectations, my only dislike was having to leave such a pretty setting!

We in love to this place from the first second just arrived. Very peaceful,amazing nature,lake and of course animals. This place remind my country I feel here like at home ! We definitely come back again ! Thanks hosts for this place !
