Отличное место в которое хочется вернуться.

Уютный номер поямо в самом центре города, до моря около 5 минут. До автовокзала 15 минут на такси. Сам номер был чистый, постельное белье и полотенца пахли порошком, много места для вещей, есть холодильник, фен.

Не работал кондиционер, и интернет тянул слабовато. Мы оставались на ночь, так что это не было особо критично, но я уверена, что, если бы мы обратились, нам бы обязательно помогли.

The staff was very nice and kind. Location .

There is no elevator/lift at the hotel. The stairs are narrow and steep. Rooms were very small. In my room the window can be open in maximum of 10 cm. The air conditioner was not working.

Good location but think there are better choices for the same money

Location was good

We booked a suite with a balcony, on arrival we were given a small room, no balcony and were told all the rooms were fully booked.

Für 2 Nächte ist in Ordnung

War sehr zentral.

Die Einrichtung war zwar neu, aber nur teilweise. Es wirkt als ob sich alles noch unter Bearbeitung befinden würde. An der Rezeption und Umgebung lagen Sachen rum. Wir hatten ein Apartment gebucht, dass sehr klein war. Aber alles in allem für 2 Übernachtungen war’s in Ordnung.

Не бихме повторили

Голямо студио, сравнително чисто, хубави мебели. Буквално на центъра на Варна

Изключително тъмна стая, почти не влиза светлина, а знаеха ,че сме с малки деца. Беше заявена кошара - такава нямаше . Нямаше достатъчно топла вода , за да се изкъпем. Трудно намерихме място за паркиране ....

Въпреки че, хотела има чудесно местоположение, не бих го използвал отново.

Хотелът се намира в центъра непосредствено до пешеходната зона.

Стаята беше много малка и не беше тази която резервирах. Стените са много тънки и се чува всичко от съседните стаи.

Чудесно обслужване и топ локация! Препоръчвам!

Пътувам редовно по работа до Варна и винаги отсядам в Арт Хотел. Харесва ми, защото е на топ локация, стаите са обновени, всяка с различен артистичен дизайн, обслужването е на ниво, а на 20 м от хотела има паркинг, където мога да оставя автомобила си.

Тясно, но спретнато.

Хареса ни обзавеждането, беше чисто и спретнато. Стаята беше скоро ремонтирана.

Стаята беше много мъничка и тясна. Когато сте двама, невъзможно е да се разминеш. В тоалетната също шкафчето беше забито в тоалетната и нямаше място.

Am revenit la acest hotel cu toata increderea. Camerele arata exact ca in poze, lenjerie si prosoape curate si bune iar personalul este atent si amabil. Pozitionarea este foarte buna, langa pietonala iar langa hotel este o parcare cu bariera, cu plata. Pana la mare e o plimbare la pas de 10 min, prin zona turistica.

Pésimo! Las fotos no se ajustan a la realidad

Ha sido el peor hotel que he estado nunca, la información ofrecida no es acorde a la realidad. Ha sido una muy mala experiencia porque en la información pone que se puede pagar con tarjeta y SOLO PERMITEN PAGAR EN EFECTIVO. LA HABITACIÓN SUITE CON BALCÓN QUE HABÍAMOS RESERVADO 5 MESES ANTES NOS DIJERON QUE NO ESTABA DISPONIBLE PORQUE YA ESTABA OCUPADA y que nos daban otra de categoría inferior. Cuando nos dieron la llave, la puerta ya estaba completamente abierta. Dicha habitación tenía la rendija del aire acondicionado sujeta por un palo porque estaba rota, los muebles muy antiguos y la ventana daba a un muro. Nada que ver con las fotos que se ven en Booking. En la recepción atendía una señora mayor la cual SOLO HABLABA BÚLGARO. Ofrecen aparcamiento público y no es cierto, el aparcamiento es en la calle en la zona de ORA, no hay sitios reservados para el hotel. Decepcionante

Good central position.

Great position in the centre of Varna, a quiet hotel with a good money changer opposite the hotel. Nice helpful staff

It's not easy to park a car anywhere in Varna .It is very difficult for tourists to park because you need an app and read Bulgarian to use.

The location is the only good thing about that place.

If you are a normal couple this is definitely not a place for you. Everything is very very dirty. On the info about the place was written check out until 13:00. At 12:05 the housekeeper was already kicking at our door shouting very impolite at us to leave right now, in Bulgarian it was like “Айдееее, махайте се, заминавайте си вече. 12 часа стана”. Probably it is some kind of bordello and that the way they are used to treat their guests. For 100 lv per night for a couple they could at least behave or clean properly.. Definitely not recommend and not going again.
