One of two dwellings on site, this Castor Bay holiday apartment includes comfortably appointed open plan lounge, dining, and kitchen - seamless outdoor flow ensures ideal holiday living... Fire up the BBQ and look out to sea, soak in the spa with views to Rangitoto, enjoy a dip in the pool, paddles around the Bay (lifejackets provided) or stroll the beachfront and the amazing Cliffside walking tracks! For any indoor days, a separate media room includes a pool table and table tennis table plus a 65" smart T.V. with SKY and a huge DVD library, making this the perfect year round getaway.
Each of the bedrooms at this modern Castor Bay accommodation is fitted with a queen bed plus a single bed, providing a great base for couples and families. A single fold out bed is also available in the separate media room should it be required. For your convenience, linen and towels are included - everything you require for a relaxed stay is on hand.
Located a 15 minute drive to the heart of the CBD, 5 minutes from Takapuna, and within minutes from a great selection of other North Shore beaches, this Castor Bay home is an excellent spot to base yourself for your next Auckland stay...

Although the property has a full perimeter fence, the spa and swimming pool can be accessed from doors from the house. Access to the pool should be restricted by closing and locking the doors (including top locks) unless a responsible adult is supervising swimmers. Please note that the upstairs dwelling may be occupied during your stay.Please note that this property is located on the Auckland North Shore, a 15-20 minute drive from the Auckland City Centre.No pets are allowed, but a small house trained (non shedding) dog may be considered on a case by case basis.Please note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year. One of our team members will contact you if this is required for your booking.
