The Jula is a 6-room terraced house with a total area of 200 square meters spread across three levels. On the ground floor, you will find a tastefully furnished dining room measuring 22 square meters, equipped with satellite TV (flat screen), and a spacious kitchen of the same size (22 square meters) featuring an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a separate WC on this level. The upper floor consists of three bedrooms: one room measuring 18 square meters with a double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm) and satellite TV (flat screen), another room of 13 square meters with a double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm) and satellite TV (flat screen), and a third room of 9 square meters with two beds (90 cm, length 200 cm) and satellite TV (flat screen). This floor also has two showers and WCs. The second upper floor has two rooms of 15 square meters each, with sloping ceilings, and each room is equipped with a double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm) and satellite TV (flat screen). There is also a kitchen on this level with four hot plates, a toaster, and a kettle, as well as two showers and WCs.
