Those interested in exploring the city will find a cross-section of international life, with people from all corners of the earth gathered in one of the Middle East’s most exciting metropolitan centers. Other Things to Note: Non Israeli residents are not subjected to VAT, for compliance reasons you will be asked to send a valid passport photo and your tourist visa (B2, B3, or B4) at your arrival. In the case you fail to send your B2 entry visa, 17% VAT will be added to your reservation. Extra cleanings, Early / Late checkout requests, and Baby equipments are available and subject to extra charges upon availability Interaction with Guests: Our professional team will welcome you on your arrival and will accompany you on your departure. Nice place Lots of road noise most nights Shower in master is small and needs updating There was some confusion about parking, as it was advertised with parking but denied at checkin. Otherwise nice 2 bed 2 bath apartment, great location, close to the beach and coffee shops.

We stayed for 2 1/2 weeks with our kids and 22 month old granddaughter. This apartment was very convenient to Mezitzim Beach and the Namal as well as northern Tel Aviv shops and restaurants and buses to anywhere. Although initially it was missing some necessary items, the property manager - Avihu - promptly took care of everything. Also when repairs were needed he was immediately accessible and found the proper repair technicians to come and take care of things. This great level of service is rare in Tel Aviv rentals so we valued it highly. The 2 bedroom/2 bathroom configuration was great for 2 families sharing. All the systems worked well. Parking was a very important added value - the system for parking is a bit cumbersome but we always had a space and there was no cost added. The only unpleasant part was that the HaYarkon is noisy and busy but, really, it didn't interfere with the other benefits. I would recommend it for 1-2 families.

Everything was great except cleanliness. The sheets were not changed before we arrived (there were hairs all over the bed and there was a tissue under the blankets). The spoons in the drawer still had coffee on them. But aside from the cleanliness (which I had to clean and wash the sheets upon arrival) all else was great.
