This farmhouse for rent faces the Château de Grignan, on the outskirts of the village, bordered by truffle fields. In a peaceful setting, just a short walk from the village via a footpath, and close to all amenities.

A family home with 500 m² of living space on 3 levels.
On the garden level, the living rooms have an open plan layout: you enter the dining room with its beautiful table seating 15 guests. The well-equipped kitchen is a delight to cook in. A small step separates the dining area from the living room. The TV lounge and library are in a row.
A study area, guest toilet and utility room. A room full of cupboards and storage space...
2 floors to divide the 6 air-conditioned bedrooms. Austerity is the order of the day, with wood and stone blending perfectly.
On the 1st floor, the first sleeping area: 4 bedrooms, 4 shower rooms and 1 WC.
The first bedroom has a 140 cm double bed and a shower room. This bedroom opens onto a private terrace.

A second bedroom with a 140 cm bed and en-suite shower room.
A third bedroom with a 160 cm bed and en-suite shower room.
A fourth bedroom, 180 cm bed (2 90 cm beds), with its own shower room.
On the second floor: The youngest guests' sleeping area; 1 bedroom, 1 dormitory, 2 shower rooms and a toilet.

The dormitory, the spirit of a holiday camp... 8 beds sleeping 90 cm.

Outside, the courtyard is beautifully laid out with outdoor furniture and the table is set under the plane trees for optimum shade and coolness. 15,000 m² of grounds, bordered by truffle fields. A shaded petanque court and a football pitch for sports enthusiasts and football fans.
A swimming pool with teak decking, facing Madame de Sévigné's château. The pool is 15 m x 5 m, 1.30 m to 1.70 m deep, heated, overflowing and secured by a roller shutter.
Electrolysis system (salt filtration), automatically regulated.
