Stay in my newly renovated home with 3 full separate bedrooms, 2 luxury spa-like bathrooms, a large living area with queen size sofa bed, and nice views of the outdoor green oasis with tons of light. Enjoy cooking in your gourmet kitchen or unwind after a long day of sightseeing and watch your favourite game or Netflix series on your 55" HDTV.
There are lots of great restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, and asian food (T&T) markets--Costco is within steps of the building. The building is located nearby the Skytrain station that takes you downtown right to the Convention Centre in 5 min and to the Airport in 30. Near Gastown, Chinatown, Yaletown, Rogers Arena, BC Place, Casino and even a movie theatre across the street. You are a 2 min walk from the water to the Seawall.
The Layout:
This 1200 sq ft modern condo features 3 separate bedrooms with lots of closet space and balcony that has great views of Zen garden. Bedrooms 1 and 2 have one queen bed in each and one king bed in the master bedroom. Living area has a queen sofa bed that overlooks the peaceful garden filled with Magnolia trees. It's a very unique place! You have two bathrooms with a large standalone tub and a large walk-in rain shower. One bathroom is newly renovated with real white marble stone from Spain.
Your living room has 55" TV with Netflix, cable, a PS4 (games included), and a dedicated data line bringing in high-speed WIFI. A pull out sofa gives you an additional queen bed, bringing the total for the house to 4 beds.
Your kitchen features new high end stainless steel appliances with touch screen controls- new Bosch dishwasher, Miele Fridge/freezer, Samsung touch screen stove/oven, Samsung washer/drier and microwave. You have all the cookware you need to bake, fry or chop. We've added coffee machine, electric cattle, toaster, food blender and more for your convenience.
My building offers amazing amenities that include: indoor swimming pool, hot-tub, sauna and a fully equipped gym. Your stay also includes a parking stall in our underground parking garage. Enjoy your stay in a beautiful place!

This was such a beautiful condo! Well equipped with everything you could need for a very nice stay. And the host Igor is super friendly and very proactive in all his communications. I would absolutely recommend this place!!!

Very clean, very comfortable. Great view. Great location. Great apartment complex. Quiet. Wish the owner sent all of the check-in instructions in a single email instead of separate emails.

PROS: Beautifully furnished and well cleaned. Shower was wonderful. The beds and sofa were comfortable. The building is plain, but secure.
CONS: Unit was hot and stuffy during the day. Living room has 1 portable AC unit that could not keep the interior cool enough. Inside temperature showed 85 degrees for the majority of the day. The master bedroom had a portable AC unit, which was OK for my parents. The other two bedrooms only had floor fans, so the nights were warm for us. AC is always a must-have for us and this unit did not meet it for us. The owner told me that the season has been unusually warm. We were expecting to be cool and comfortable, and were not for the most part.
The neighborhood is not great. We saw quite a few homeless, drugged out folks near the building. One block over, we saw a woman smoking a pipe right out in the open. I didn’t feel comfortable walking around the neighborhood with my children.
SIDE NOTE: I had asked for early check in but the Owner told us that it wasn't available. He said we could drop our bags off at the unit after 11a. When we got there, the cleaning woman was working. My 8 y.o. daughter used the toilet. Then the cleaner hands me her phone, the Owner forcefully tells me we need to leave immediately (we were there for no more than 10-15 min) and said someone used the bathroom after the cleaner had cleaned it. I understand where he was coming from, but it made for a bitter start to our vacation.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean, well-laid out, with a great kitchen for shared meals. We were glad to have a place to park our car, but messed up on the given instructions (our fault) and our car got towed. So, make sure you follow the detailed instructions very carefully!
The only downside—like much of Vancouver, this gorgeous place was not well equipped to handle the heat wave. With windows closed, small AC units up full blast, and all the fans going (plus an extra one we purchased) the apartment never cooled down past 80°F. This isn’t a reflection on the host, just a forewarning that not every location is well equipped to handle hotter-than-normal temperatures.

Excellent home and great people to deal with. Should look at installing one or two mini split AC units. Very comfortable sleeping at night but very hot during the day. I would stay here again.

We came into Vancouver a few days before a cruise to Alaska. The location was convenient to locations in Vancouver e.g. seaplane terminal, Granville Market, etc. We used Uber and trips were short and response was fast. The condo was clean with adequate supplies.

Such a bright and beautiful space! Everything was clean and easy to access. Check in was a breeze even with a confusing parkade: this stay was right outside the skytrain station and a stone throw away from Roger’s.

Was happy with the location of the condo as it was extremely close to the hockey rink for us to go watch a game. Nice walking distance to plenty of places to check out. Only issue (which did not affect the use of it entirely) was the shower between bedrooms 2 and 3 didn’t seem to adjust temperature, was stuck on hot the whole time. But overall was happy with the property.

This condo was sparkling clean. The beds were comfy with ample blankets and pillows. We didn’t cook but the kitchen was well equipped. The view was awesome. Our granddaughters enjoyed the pool. The neighborhood had many nearby restaurants. The train station is right around the corner.

The apartment was perfect for what we needed. Good space, clean and well kept. The neighbourhood was easily accessible by sky train and Uber with lots of amenities nearby.

We had the most comfortable stay at Igor’s apartment. 4 adults and lots of room for us all, especially as weather not so nice, so we spent a bit of time indoors. Gym was a nice addition on days where we didn’t get out much.
Igor was Quick respond to any questions we had and very helpful.
Kitchen was very well stocked and ground coffee was a pleasant surprise for coffee maker.
Would highly recommend, easy walking distance to Gastown, grocery stores, and so convenient, if going to a game at Roger’s stadium!

The properly was well suited to our family as it had 3 bedrooms which is hard to find in Vancouver. We booked the apartment to be close to the train, however, found the city to be so walkable that we never used the train during our 5 day stay. However, it was handy when travelling from the airport initially.
We liked the private courtyard which was viewed from the lounge and 2 bedrooms. Also the gym which we found across the courtyard in the adjacent building!
The properly was very well equipped and clean and tidy. A little more lighting in the lounge area would be good.
There is a noticeable amount of homelessness in Vancouver and there are many homeless people in this area in particular, so this may be a factor in choosing the location for your holiday.
Overall we enjoyed our stay and found Igor to be a responsive host.

We really have a great time at Igor’s place. Close to a lot of restaurants, coffee shows, grocery stores, Costco as well as the BC Place and the Scotia Bank arena.
The appartement was spotless and well-equipped.
I highly recommend this place. We were 8, meaning one couple has to used the sofa bed, but we still had a really great long week-end.

Location and property amenities and layout were good. Most item ok better in the pictures than in real life. Check in was terrible did not work as described (described in two different way in two different documents) then difficult to get in touch with manager stood outside for half an hour before we could access. Underground parking difficult to access and find directions not complete and again difficult to get ahold of manager when I did and told him of the errors/incorrect instruction no apology. Got in by trial and error with the four different button on the fob. Once accessed difficult to finf the spot, parking inaccurately labelled by the building/strata and the spot was tiny everyone had to leave the vehicle prior to parking and we drive a mini-cooper. The beginning left a bad taste so we were tainted, the location, size and amenities were good.

We are a family of five including three children ages 11-14, and my sister who enjoyed our stay at Igor’s condo. He checked in a few times via text to make sure we had everything we needed. Beds were comfy and condo was very clean. The location of the condo makes it easy to access many local sights. If you have younger children I might suggest staying closer to the Financial District as it felt a bit more safe from this Mom’s perspective. We walked a ton and loved all the shopping and restaurants within a 5-20 minute walk. There is a decent grocery store 3 blocks away. Bring your own bags anytime you shop. Our favorite activity was spending the day on Grouse Mountain. Kids did the ropes course and said it was one of the best they’ve experienced, lumber jack show was entertaining, we hiked a short trip to top of mountain and took picturesque chair lift ride down, had lunch, and saw some cute bears in their enclosed habitat and came within 5 feet of wild deer.

Loved the apartment. Location was perfect for hopping on the train and just minutes from Gastown bars and restaurants. When we come back to Vancouver we’ll be looking up this place.
Igor’s communication was awesome. I’d give that 6 stars if I could.

Great location. Bedrooms tight but worked fine. Train noise a bit loud in back bedroom. Igor is very responsive although coffee pot was broken and we couldn’t make coffee in the mornings. Was fine since many coffee shops nearby. AC units were great as it was unusually warm. We had fantastic weather and a wonderful time.

As a person who uses VRBO, I always worry about the place and if the pictures are valid. For this place, they definitely were. First, I would like to say that the place is wonderful. It was completely stocked with all the necessities that one would need for an extended time. The beds were VERY comfortable. Everyone in our group (ranging from ages 9-73) made a comment about it. The place was also very clean and all of the appliances were high end.
Another thing I always worry about is location. This place is in the heart of city. You are a block from the stadiums and a block from Gastown. This place also has its own security guard (though that did seem to be a trend in Vancouver).
I also enjoyed the "zen" garden that this complex shares with other buildings. It was very quiet and was a great place to sit and read. In addition, they had a great pool and hot tub. The kids spent hours playing in the pool and I could go in the hot tub and sauna. The pool and pool area was also very clean.
In addition, the owners were very responsive. Any time I asked a question, they were extremely quick to respond. We never had any problems while we were there, though.
I can't reiterate how nice this place was. We stayed for a few days before we came back from a cruise and were not disappointed that we made that decision. Much nicer than staying at a hotel (and actually a lot less expensive).

My sister and daughter and I had a great stay at Igor’s place in Vancouver. Walking distance to everything and super nice place to stay. Everything was spotless and comfortable and the check-in process very straight forward. Igor is great at helping out with directions and he went out of his way to help us, when my sister left her ear buds behind he promptly retrieved and mailed them to her. I so appreciate that kindness. We would all definitely stay again at Igor’s place in Vancouver. It was marvelous⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Incredible condo in the heart of the city! Very central location and easy to travel around Vancouver city. The home was nice and clean and the host was extremely organized. Our flight got delayed on the way in, the host stayed up late for us to make sure we got in safely! Would highly recommend staying here!

Spent a few days with my wife and 3 kids. Place is clean, well appointed and quite nice. Igor is very responsive. Nice oasis in the city. Having parking included was very handy. Would definetly return.

We stayed in the unit for four nights with our three kids, ages 16, 14 and 10. The location was ideal and the space was great - everyone had their own bed. We made good use of the pool/gym/hot tub, which were open from 7 to midnight. We would stay here again.

This location was great in crosstown, and right near the skytrain. The place worked great for our party, with kids from 7 - 17, including a pool and hot tub. Igor was very responsive whenever we had questions.

Location was perfect for us! Not much noise from the sky train though it was very close by and close to many great amenities including 2 parks within walking distance for our little one. Communication with the host was excellent and instructions were easy to follow.
