This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

Perfectly stocked house with cute backyard area to hang out in. Lots of room for our big family get-together! We had some trouble with the keypad entry at the front door which is hopefully resolved by now. Overall a really great property!

The house was great. Very clean, well maintained and had a great mountain feel to it. Just up the road from the shops and restaurants on Main street.

This property was everything advertised. In fact, the pictures in the listing didn't do it justice. We had a July vacation with 4 Adult couples that raved about their accommodations.
This property far exceeded our expectations and I give it an A++ Rating.

Lovely home but furniture, and carpets and kitchen floor were beyond dirty. The master bedroom carpet was stained and had not even been vacuumed recently.

This property was wonderful and the AvantStay staff was extremely responsive. Only 5 minute walk to the shuttle and a 3 minute drive to downtown if you have a car. Will definitely stay again!

Really loved and enjoyed our stay. It was our first time in Colorado. We were recommended a couple places near by and they all were a hit. Our family loved the home. We bbq’d, did s‘mores, enjoyed charades in the big living room, enjoyed the hot tub, and so much more. There was plenty of room for all of us. Our stay was perfect, and so close to the Main Street. I highly recommend this home.

This house was perfect for our group of 10 people. Plenty of space, rooms, and enough kitchen supplies for our needs. Great location! The AvantStay crew was easy to get in contact with and very responsive. Impressed!
Easy to catch a bus or walk down the hill to downtown. Will be back for Winter time.

The house was perfect for our 6 adults and 6 children. We enjoyed the kitchen and living area also. The hot tub was a hit. It was a short drive to downtown Breckenridge. It could have been cleaner for sure. Kitchen floor is rock but when water was spilled on it it looked like mud when wiped up. Also couch was moved some and lots of stuff under it. The blinds were very dusty and added to our allergies and sneezing for sure. But overall it was a wonderful stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was large, a quick walk to the gondola and town (although a workout to walk back from town!), and we even got to see wildlife in the front lawn on more than one occasion. Plenty of room for our two families to spread out and enjoy!

The home was amazing with enough ensuite king rooms for us and our 2 adult children and their partners to be comfortable. An additional family of four could easily be accommodated in bedrooms/bath we didn't use. A Christmas tree was set up for us. We hung around the huge gas fireplace and used the hot tub every day. The nordic center is .1 mile away (couple of blocks) so we walked there twice for snowshoeing snd cross country skiing. Peak 8 is about a half mile up the road with a shuttle stop at the nordic center. We drove into town (less than a mile away) but you could easily take the shuttle. Check out was a breeze with very few tasks to complete before our departure. We would definitely rent this property again.

We had 8 ladies for a birthday getaway. The home was perfect! It is beautiful and spacious, and has a fabulous kitchen for group cooking. We really enjoyed playing games by the huge fire place every night. Highly recommend this home.

We had a fabulous time on our family vacation! I highly recommend staying here. We will definitely be back! Everything was perfect! The house is beautiful! It is spacious, well kept, extremely clean, and gorgeous! It is in a convenient location, close to everything we wanted to do, while still being in a quiet area.
Everything was exactly as advertised, although even nicer than I anticipated. Everything we needed for babies and children was there, as we requested. Hottub was very clean and worked well. One very small issue we had (blinds in one bedroom wouldn't close) was immediately fixed.
Communication was exceptional. Our email and phone calls were answered immediately to answer questions, and the one small issue was fixed promptly. Check in and check out was simple. You will love staying here!

Beautiful and large house, great location between town and peak 8 base. you can walk (20-30min) or ride the bus to either place. house is well equipped except for the glassware. we would definitely consider coming back to this great place.

Perfect family getaway
Our family spent fall break at this lovely mountain home! The home was great and we loved all of the space and the overall feel of the home. Would definitely stay there again. Our only suggestion would be to have a nice big sectional couch in the living room for additional seating with larger groups.
