This Balaloma cottage could not be more central! One minute outside of Bala, you can walk to town or boat to Don's Bakery! Eight minutes to Port Carling and 20 minutes to Gravenhurst. View of Bala Park Island.
PROPERTY
BALALOMA is a very nicely appointed and maintained property. Lovely sitting areas and gardens throughout the driveway side and lakeside of this beautiful, deceivingly large, and spacious cottage.

With 3 sitting areas, one cozy area by the wood-burning fireplace, another with large windows overlooking the lake with an outdoor deck and another area with leather chairs and a games table

Table for 8 with large windows to look out to Lake Muskoka

Media room with a sectional couch and satellite TV with surround sound system that plays throughout the property
BOATHOUSE
Follow the paths to the boathouse which provides kids sleeping quarters with 4 double and 2 single mattresses, and a dock with Muskoka chairs and a firepit

All properties are outfitted with Jayne's 5-Star Quality White Linens, BBQ, Unlimited Internet/WIFI, Smart Tv(s), Laundry Facilities, Dishwasher, Drip Coffee Maker, Vacuum and Cleaning Supplies.
The linens and turnover fee is $1020 per rental
This cottage includes 6 hours of midweek housekeeping during peak season rentals
Boathouses, Bunkies and 3 Season Muskoka Rooms not available from Thanksgiving-Victoria Day Weekend
Outdoor furniture is not out from Thanksgiving-Victoria Day Weekend
Water toys are not available Thanksgiving-Victoria Day due to safety concerns
