Wonderful home for our large family. Adults as well as grandchildren. Short walk to beach on private path from the house. House had a great pool and hot tub. The best house we have ever rented! What a beautiful house with a perfect location. The bedrooms were big with full bathrooms. The kitchen and living areas with an open floorplan made our experience so great! Loved the pool/hot tub and outdoor area. We walked to the beach every day, which was so easy down a private walk. We can't wait to stay there again.

We have family living in 6 states and this beautiful home was our gathering spot for Christmas week. It was everything and more of what is described. We were made to feel welcome and at home by the host and the property manager. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare big meals and even special holiday meals. The large dining table was perfect to seat all of us. We took advantage of the hot tub and pool, the fire pit and outdoor bar area with tv. The short walk to the beach was magical. Our family left refreshed and grateful to have ended 2023 enjoying this lovely home and Hilton Head Island.

We stayed here for the 2nd time, everything was wonderful. House manager was very accessible and friendly. Always willing to help. Would definitely recommend for several families meeting on HHI. Great house, pool and spa were great as well, worth the price to heat them as we were in them almost every day.

We stayed for the second time at this home. It has a terrific location on the island, easy walk to the beach, convenient to grocery shopping. The kitchen is especially well equipped. There are ample beach chairs, towels and toys. The spa is a bit tricky to get going and warmed up. There are a few maintenance issues that need to be addressed such as the back gate, some stains on the upholstered couch, and the porch screened door needs repair, but in general, the home is well maintained. The home is very well suited for multiple families to share or multiple generations. The set up with each bedroom having a bath en-suite is excellent.

This home is truly amazing. The kitchen is well equiped, the pool and spa is very nice, and the beach is easily accessed. There were lots if extras not mentioned in the home's description like beach chairs, beach wagon, sand toys, pool toys, corn hole boards, and much more. The property manager is awesome. She responded quickly to our questions and was very helpful. The location to Coligny, restaurants, Sea Pines, putt putt, and other attractions is an added plus. We loved this property and hope to stay there again.

This home was the perfect place for our special family vacation! We were celebrating grandpa's 70th birthday! It was even better than what we expected from the photos. There was plenty of room for our four families to spread out. We loved all of the sitting areas from the front porch, to the living/dining room, to the back screened in porch, to the cabaña in the pool area and we used them all! Besides being beautiful, the pool and hot tube were enjoyed at all hours of the day by both children and adults alike. It was really nice that the walk to the beach was both short and beautiful. The kitchen was very well equipped and we enjoyed preparing meals there. The bedrooms were large and beds were comfortable. Cousins snuggled up together in bunkbeds and slept well every night. This was the best of all the vacation properties we have ever rented! We send a big thank you to the owners and managers of this special property!

Starting from check-in to check-out... Check-in was easy. Rena (property manager) was great. She met us at the property shortly after we arrived and ran through our various questions and operation of the hot tub. Overall, anytime we needed anything, she responded quickly. Honestly, the property was nearly perfectly arranged for our party of 11 (6 adults and 5 young children - 20 months to 9 years old). Bedrooms, bathrooms, closets, laundry, second refrigerator, ice machine...really excellent. The kitchen, dining room, living room "great" room is perfect for entertaining. Having the second floor TV room was a bonus that was perfect for the older kids to watch movies. TVs everywhere with cable service in two locations (living room and outdoor TV) and Roku boxes everywhere else. Kitchen worked well, appliances functioned, good stock of cookware. Chef we brought (twice) was happy! Outdoor area is nearly perfect - pool, hot tub, screened-in areas, pergola w/TV, artificial turf (very nice). Alas, I wouldn't pay for the hot tub (again). They only want you to use if for an hour at a time...so, way too pricey for the usage. Walk to beach is as advertised. Areas for improvement...a few moldy spots in showers (not many). Back gate worked rarely. Pool maint. needs to be there more than twice a week in summer heat/rain (we had a green pool one day). Very nice place to stay and we'll stay again...thanks Dave and Rena!

Everything about the house was really great. The furniture is really nice, both inside and out. The pool area was fantastic. We loved walking to the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed (even sharp knives!) The only minor issue was that the internet was crazy slow at times. We tried to play an interactive game but everyone's connection kept dropping. It wasn't an issue with the wifi in the house but with the cable provider.

We couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more! This property is beautiful and provides exactly what we needed for a family get away. We had 14 people adults and children and felt the space was perfect! Every bedroom had it’s own bathroom….. the outdoor spaces were perfect for fun nights and the the pool and surrounding area was a blast! We spent some time at the beach which was very easy to get to but mostly hung around the pool as the kids enjoyed that for hours on end! Bike path was right there and fun for a family activity as well. We would definitely return to this property in the future!! Perfect spot for family memories.

We had a wonderful family vacation! The house was amazing and very comfortable. We spent most of the day enjoying the beautiful outside spaces and beach. The property manager and owner were easy to communicate with. The property manager met us when we arrived to show us how to use the all the amenities. You can tell they take great pride in the house. This property was perfect for our family vacation! It had plenty of space for our 4 families including 3 kids. It was extremely clean upon arrival! The location is perfect, about a 5 minute walk to a more private part of the beach and about 10-15 minutes from lots of restaurants. The house was supplied with everything you could possibly need on vacation! Each bedroom has its own on suite bathroom which was a huge plus and everything was updated! The downstairs/pool area was perfect for entertaining and activities. There was even a giant ice maker next to an extra refrigerator so we didn’t have to walk back into the house for drink refills. The pool and hot tub was very clean and plenty big for our group! Make sure you pay to get both heated! Our one request would be to have a bigger trash can outside under the covered patio. We spent about 90% of our time out by the pool and the tiny trash can filled up way too quickly. We ended up having to wheel one of the big ones from the road back there! Overall everyone in our party loved it, and we are already talking about having a friends trip there! You will not be disappointed with this property!! Communication with the owners was also very easy and they were quick to respond!

My wife, our kids, their spouses, our grandchildren and I enjoyed a great week in Hilton Head. The house has magnificent family space, well equipped kitchen, bedrooms with bathrooms, and a private backyard with pool, hot tub and outdoor kitchen. It is well equipment for beach time and is right off the bike trail. The South Forest Beach area is great of walk, restaurants, entertainment and just great fun.

Dave is very easy to work with, we met with managers at the house who gave us key code to get in and use the elevator, instructions on running the pool and spa along with showing us the gate in the back and where the beach path was. Everyne was very pleasant to work with, will definitely be back.

Our family of eight adults and one infant enjoyed our stay very much. We added pool heat, and everyone appreciated the opportunity to use the spa and pool in October. The walk to the beach is short, there is a good supply of beach chairs and most appreciated-a wagon! The kitchen has lots of equipment which we put to good use since we cooked in most nights. (Bring your staples, as there wasn't anything in the pantry, including salt and pepper!) There is lots of space in the house to spread out and a couple of our family members were working from home, so that worked well. At times the wifi was spotty, and we had to supplement with our own hotspots. We used the screened in porch quite a bit which made for nice gatherings for coffee in the morning and appetizers in the evening. The poolside TV is a lot of fun for hanging out, too. The back gate to the beach path is tricky, but we finally got the hang of it when we were ready to leave! Property manager does a meet and greet, and gives clear instructions about the pool and spa which is good because it wasn't intuitive. We enjoyed the place very much and opted to come back to the same location next year!

We had a great experience at 5B hickory lane. Everything in and outside of the house was exactly as pictured/described. Plenty of space for a group of 11 including 3 kids between 1.5 years old and 4 years old. The weather wasn't the best during our week, so the pool got a lot of use when we felt a beach day was not in the cards/safe. House was 5 minute walk to a fairly private section of the beach. Coligny beach, restaurants, and other things to do were not a far drive either. Definitely rent bikes and ride along the pathway on the island. The house was stocked with all necessities including but not limited to pots/pans, games, towels, pool toys, and much more. The only negative is that we wished the back and front porch were more lit, though there are lights so it wasn't the end of the world. The 2 restaurant gift cards upon arrival were super appreciated and put to use very quickly! Thank you!

The highlights of the house were the nautical themed bunk room, the gorgeous pool and outdoor area, the large screened in porch and the screened hangout area under the house with ping pong, darts, etc. It was the perfect home for our family reunion with ages ranging from 3 - 76.

We brought our own beach towels and were pleasantly surprised to find the house provided beach towels, chairs and plenty of pool toys. Management responded quickly to any questions we had. The home was wonderful and fit our group of 4 families and 8 children perfectly. The kids’ bunk room was a huge hit and each of the other rooms suited everyone perfect. Outdoor space was a huge bonus and excellent proximity to the beach. We will be coming back!!

Total of 14 family members stayed at this property for a week. House was in great condition and well equipped. The pool and cabana in the backyard was enjoyed every day. This is our 6th trip to the island and 4th house rented. This house is the cleanest, and most well equipped. I will say I’m very picky when it comes to cleanliness, this house didn’t even have dust on the bookshelves!!! We received thank you gift cards for our stay, which was amazing because Skull Creek Boathouse is our favorite. We had 8 adults from 26-78 and we all agreed we will be staying here in the future. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home! If you read negative reviews don’t listen, stay here you won’t regret your decision.

The property manager was quick to respond to all of our requests and even dropped off a basketball pump for my son. The home is clean, well equiped and great for multiple families. The outdoor space really makes the home a relaxing getaway. A five minute walk allows for access to the beach and ocean. This property is absolutely on our list to stay at again.
