This house was beautiful! It was extremely clean and had lots of extra amenities in the bathrooms and kitchen. The pool was right out the back door so access was very close. We were very close to all the restaurants in downtown Moab. We had a wonderful stay here and would highly recommend this place.

My family and I really enjoyed our time at Entrada 631! The home was spacious and well stocked. We had a great time as a family going on bike rides around Moab. We definitely want to stay here again when we go back to Moab. Thanks!

Rated cleanliness of property as a 4 because there was a trash can of miscellaneous trash and cigarette ashes in the garage when we arrived. The garage smelled like cigarette smoke.
Rated location and neighborhood a four because of the on and off idling of ATVs and motorcycles all day. Starting around 6AM the rumbling of people pulling their trailers up to their houses and the idling of ATVs would start making it difficult to sleep late. The location close to downtown and Arches was great.
It was frustrating that instructions weren’t provided to let us know the cabinet door under the TV had to be open to get the remotes to work.
We couldn’t get hot water out of the kitchen sink.
The kitchen was well stocked.
The master bathroom was wonderful.
The shower on the first floor was nice. It was very difficult to adjust the shower head in the Jack and Jill bathroom to the desired height/angle for a person 6ft or taller.
The compartmentalized Jack and Jill bathroom that allowed 3 different people privacy at one time was nice.
It was nice to walk right out the patio to the pool entrance.
Provide instructions to guests that a random number has to be pressed on the door key pad to lock the door from the outside when leaving.
It would be helpful if the tool bench were moved elsewhere in the garage. There was only about 4-6 inches of clearance to park a Suburban in the garage.

Fully stocked home with gracious hosts, and so convenient to walk around the area, enjoy downtown Moab, and trek in Arches and Canyonlands. A great value, our family loved staying here!

This property was perfect for our needs. As grandparents, we wanted to give our two twenty something year old grandsons their first Utah experience. It could not have been better! We all had our privacy and also plenty of room for togetherness. Highly recommend this place.

Condo was perfect for our family! Very family friendly. And appreciated the little extras like soap, shampoo, coffee pods and pool towels. We had fun using the bikes for trips into town. Definitely recommend staying here!

Good place in a convenient location in Moab. Plenty of space and amenities like cruiser bikes to use, bike repair tools etc.. A great property for doing all sorts of outdoor activities in Moab. The property management company was very responsive to questions and needs.

The Entrada at Moab is awesome. My husband has stayed there 3 times during mountain bike trips and this was our first family stay. The WiFi was down when we arrived, the property manager was there within minutes and had it fixed. The house is spacious with high end decor. It’s close to town, our teens could ride the bikes included. Great vacation rental!

Property was perfect for the 6 of us. Plenty of space, nicely appointed with everything we needed. Conveniently right next to pool and spa. Great location close to Main Street shops and restaurants. Definitely would return to this property.

This is a HUGE, fully-equipped, immaculately clean , VERY family-friendly, modern, VERY well-equipped and corporate-maintained rowhouse. Many of the units in this subdivision are rented by the owners, so you'll see many others passing through. We were here for the hiking, but there were lots of bro's with their off-road or dirtbike toys on the street as well. The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful. The patio opens onto the block's pool enclosure, and the pool is small and well used in the pm. The spotless garage includes several simple bikes (1 gear only) as well as a well-equipped workbench.

Lovely property with lots of space!
Most well stocked property I have rented with plenty of paper towels, tp, Kleenex, spices, kitchenware, towels etc.
Units is newer, well cleaned and mostly quiet. The other visitors can get noisy at the pool, but lights go off at 10pm which helps. Property manager was extremely responsive and wonderful in helping us with minor cable issue, grill issue (they had a new one there within 12 hours!) and late checkout. Pool cleaned daily. Can walk into downtown Moab. Very close to Parks. No complaints at all. Would love to stay again.

Beautiful space. Better stocked than any rental we have ever had, and we are avid travelers. Very clean, and space is well thought out. Plenty of extras too, we weren't sure expecting. Three eastern facing bedrooms, all super light in the morning. Would be a good investment. Will definitely rent again if in the area. Thanks!

My wife and family loved this unit!
The cleanliness, tasteful décor, and abundant amenities made this an awesome place to stay while adventuring in Moab.
The rental company was also very responsive and very helpful during our stay.
We will definitely plan to return to this unit in the spring of 2021.

The place was very clean and accommodated 5 adults easily. The pool was right outside the back door. The kitchen had all the things you would need to cook your meals including many spices and cookware. The bathrooms were nice and had fresh towels, soap and shampoo. The garage had a full set-up to work on your bikes. I would stay here again.

The place accommodated us very well! There were 8 adults ranging from 18 to 68. We were all very comfortable and enjoyed our time there. We were only a few minutes away from Arches and about 35 from Canyon Lands. We were less than five minutes from downtown Moab. The only thing I would add to the place is a list of recommended places for eating, shopping, and entertainment. The host does have an app set up for this but it required an invasive registration requirement to access the info so that was a definite no. We can highly recommend for eating Milts. Great food! Family owned, been in Moab forever. For entertainment we used

9 of us stayed here for a grandpas 80th birthday. We hiked, used the touring bikes in the garage, played taboo from the game cabinet, went mountain biking, drove into Castle Valley, had Snake Oil coffee (a block away and quality). Central location (8 minute drive to arches). Excellent service (they responded immediately to a couple of logistical texts).

Our extended family rented two Entrada at Moab units. Both households very much enjoyed our stay, including the detailed and timely communications. The well-equipped kitchens were a plus, and the size and layout of the first floor was great for indoor times for all of us together. Renting adjacent units in your complex turned out to be an excellent choice for our family..

Great place to stay
We really enjoyed this property and would stay here again. It was very clean and well put together. We appreciated the extras, from games and puzzles, to tools and an air compressor in the garage.

Great place
We used this as a home base to do 4x4 trails around Moab. The garage was equipped for keeping the jeep ready (air compressor was a huge convenience), the accessibility to the pool was awesome and there was plenty of room to spread out. It was a beautiful space for a great price and we’ll definitely look here again when Moab calls us. :)

What a perfect property for visiting Moab and Arches. The townhome is immaculate and well-equipped with everything you could possibly need.
