Insgesamt passte alles, vielen Dank

Die Lage ist sehr nah am ÖPN. Es war angenehm still in der Nacht, wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Den Service Tee oder Kaffee zu haben ist natürlich angenehm.

Die Handtücher waren schon älter und sehr dünn

Für den Preis ist es wirklich gut und ich würde mit Wasserkocher wiederkommen

Die Lage zur dm-Arena ist super. Die Anbindung mit der S2 zur Stadt ist optimal. Das Bett war Bequem, Die Umgebung ruhig. Bäckereien gibt es gleich drei in der Umgebung.

Es fehlt im Zimmer ein Heißwasser-Kocher. Der Wasserspender im Flur mit Warmwasserfunktion ist nicht brauchbar. Ein paar Halen für Jacken an der Wohnungstür und im Bad für Handtücher wäre eine gute Sache.

Für den Messebesuch als Zwischenstopp super

Zentrale Lage und einfacher Zugang über Schlüsseltresor, für die späte Ankunft gut geeignet. Geeignet für den Zwischenstopp zur Messe.

Kein Frühstück- Bäckerei ist aber gegenüber. Wenig Parkplätze.

Staff is very rudely behaved The bed sheet is just little bit dirty with wine but the charage 50 euro for that and not giving any slip

Fine for short stay

There are almost required things that one need to have in the room. The guest house is clean.

Breakfast is missing. It's a bit noisy because of vicinity to the tram rail.

Did the job very nicely, thank you!

Allowed us to check in 2 hours early. Lovely, comfortable room (and nicely decorated with good quality furniture), chocolates. Quiet room so easy to sleep. though conveniently centrally located very close to public transport. Friendly owner who took the time to find out what had brought us to the area.

No communal areas as the place was being refurbished.

All I needed for a night on the way to the holiday destination

Im not a breakfast person but the fruit, juice and cake were good.

Only coffeemachine in the room, no facilities for the in the room but that was nicely solved downstairs in the bar.

Not exactly a hotel.. More like a serviced apartment. DIY entry, but the morning staff were great and very helpful, even bringing me breakfast on a tray when I failed to get down in time.

Better it be clear that there will be nobody to greeet you on entry.
