Used to be Ideal

LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! You will be nickeled and dimed for it though. We first stayed here when it was new, and nice. Certain units are already damaged so not the highest quality build. We had to change rooms.

1) Rooms not well cleaned; found roach excrement and dead bugs around bed; 2) Check in is 4p and check out is 10a - WAY TOO EARLY. They offer to charge $100 for an extra hour - half the price of the room. Rip off. 3) A broken pool, and zero other amenities but we are charged a resort fee. For what? 4) We received more than one text to take our trash and yet we pay a cleaning fee? Beware of additional charges for things you do and don't do for their property. 5) Rock hard bed 6) No blackout curtains

The stairs, and hard finding trash dumpster once we were checking out. Also, check out is too early 10am.

Loved this place felt secure with the gated entrances.

Access to stores close and beach was just seconds away place very nice.

It was nice and quiet. I would stay again.

The location was great, just walked over to the beach. It’s nice that it’s gated.

The shower head is broken and spouts out water if turned one way. The water can spill out of the shower, makes a huge mess. There were also no forks LOL.

Great stay with the family, we loved it!

Clean, modern style, kitchen, proximity to beach

Pool was too warm and cloudy/dirty. We had to take out our own trash.

The property was incredibly beautiful. You have direct access to the beach, which is a plus.

The property was beautiful and clean.

I was sent an email, asking what time I would arrive, so the front desk would know. We advised that we would arrive at 3, but upon arrival the front desk advised that’s an outdated service that’s no longer used and new management allows check-in after 4. That’s a huge disconnect and should be corrected with priority.

Comfortable room. We love this place. We returned to this property for its proximity to the beach and calm, relaxed, quiet atmosphere.

No real freezer or oven--we were expecting each from a previous stay in a larger unit.

Weekend Getaway

We Had A Great Experience, Everything Was So Lovely Clean. Great Gem For A Little Get Away. Nice Pool And Steps Away From The Beach.

The Only Inconvenience Was That The Weather That Didn't Helped. It Rained For Us During Our Stay, We Sure Did Enjoyed The Sun When It Did Show It's Presence.⛱️🌞

My wife and I came to the beach to celebrate our five years of marriage. We had a great time.

The room was beautiful and very comfortable. The location was right next to the beach so me and my wife were able to just walk to the beach. Overall we were able to relax and spend quality time together.

Not applicable. We loved our stay there and these not a single complain that we have.

Honestly, the only thing I would add would be in unit laundry. But there are laundry facilities at the resort, so it met all of our needs.

Exceptional

The resort was super clean and well maintained. While we were there they were adding decorative rock to the gardens. You can tell they care about the look of the place.

I don't think its fair to say I didn't like this, but I wish there was a hot tub for the chiller nights.

Excellent location, grounds were well kept. Pool area was clean and the water was perfect temperature. We really enjoyed the fire pit and how easy it was to use.
