Nette Lage im Ort , leider schlecht gepflegt.

Das Appartement ist mitten in der Stadt von Saugatuck - alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar

Die Beschreibung : Near Oval Beach - ist sehr übertrieben : man braucht immer ein Auto , ca 15 min Fahrzeit zum Beach ! Mitten im Ort trifft es besser ! Leider war das Appartement sehr schmutzig und sehr schlecht geputzt ! Viele Dinge sollten repariert werden . Ich habe die reinigungsgebühr zurückgefordert.

Pleasant

elevator was a great asset. Very well stocked with toiletries and supplies.

let people know ahead of time that you are going to do construction in the next door unit and that it is up stairs from a bar / restaurant. Fix the blinds in the living room and install some in the second floor bed room.

We had a wonderful time in Saugatuck, but did not feel that the condo was a good value for the fee.

Location is excellent... once we checked in, we didn't need our car until we left to return home. Was great to be able to have our dog with us and we appreciated the space in the condo.

For the fee, we expected nicer furnishings... some carpets on the floors, some lamps downstairs. It was very "spartan"... almost like a dormitory. The instructions for check-out should include the location of the garbage bins... I had to hunt for them to dispose of our trash before leaving.

Location excellent, sleeping below average

The property could not be in a better location for walking everywhere. It was great to be able to quickly and easily run back and forth as need be!

The mattress on the king bed is quite thin and firm. It made sleeping uncomfortable. However, the air conditioning unit worked fantastically in the king bedroom, unlike the queen bedroom which only had a small plug in fan. The young couple in our group who slept in the queen room were burning up each night, even with the door cracked. We stayed at the property at the beginning of September. I can’t imagine how hot that bedroom would be during the heat of summer!

Location

Location of the building is great .

Parking for 204 . In Alley way and unfortunately the parking spot is at a exit back entrance for building in front so concerns on having SUV damage from that door and staying far enough over for the cars driving through alley . We ended up parking in lot nearby.
