The views from the den, dining room, living room and master bedroom are breathtaking. Enjoy an evening on the large screened-in back porch looking over the spacious yard, pool, hot tub, dock and creek. Two separate living spaces on the main floor, and a game room downstairs with TV and pool table make it easy for everyone to enjoy this house without being crowded. The TVs all have Roku so you can watch your favorite shows and Televisions also get the local stations. Yes, this house has Free Wi-fi. The master bathroom has a shower and tub with two sinks. The two other full bathrooms on the same level have a shower tub combo. The Jack and Jill bathroom has two sinks.
The brand new designer decorated kitchen has a view you can enjoy while cooking and entertaining. You won't mind cooking in this great kitchen! You can bring your supplies up on the ELEVATOR.
Take in the inlet life as you grill out on the deck while watching the kiddos swim the saltwater pool. Watch the summer fireworks from the heated saltwater hot tub or dock and/or bring your boat to enjoy a day on the inlet. This house is good for families, family reunions, friend reunions, golfers and fishers.
Feel free to bring your boat/jet ski or you can rent one once you arrive at the local marina. Enjoy a game of pool in the game room downstairs!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. Communication with the owner was perfect. We had a few minor issues and they were addressed promptly. The home is huge and was enough space for our 12 guests. Please make sure you look at the pictures of bedrooms, as we didn’t look closely and didn’t realize that two of the bedrooms listed were an office and living room with pullout couches, but again that was our oversight. So there are 3 actual bedrooms with sleeping options in the office, living room, and basement space. The house had lots of extras and was well equipped. The location was perfect, relaxing by the pool, fishing on the dock, and a short 10 minute drive to Garden City Beach. Stores and restaurants very close, and the neighborhood is safe and beautiful. Overall we had a lovely time. Thank you so much!

We cannot say enough about how lovely our vacation was! The pictures on line do not do justice to the bright open spaces and enormous screen porch this house has. The home was well stocked with anything we needed, it was clean and fresh with beautiful decor. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. The covered dock was a highlight as it was breezy and cool much of our stay. Lots of fishing each day off the dock. We highly recommend this home for a large family or friends group and we would LOVE to come back next year!

This was a perfect house for me and my extended family. There were 10 of us total, mostly adult. The youngest was 10 years old. We had several teenagers that stayed in the game room on the fist floor on full bunk beds. They loved it. There was plenty of room for all of us and the kitchen was well appointed. We ate every meal in the house since it was much easier and cheaper then trying to eat out. The pool was fantastic with a hot tub connected. We enjoyed it everyday that we were there. The owner communicated with us throughout the stay to make sure there were no concerns. It was a lovely stay. Highly recommend this property.

End of season softball tournament. We had three families and the coach staying there. It was a great place, we were able to entertain everyone. The house has plenty of room to spread out, great amenities and beautiful location. The owner responded quickly to any questions. If we have a tournament we will be back next year!!

Our group found this property on a last-minute trip for golf and relaxation weekend for 10 people. The owners were very helpful and responsive, and the property was beautiful! Especially enjoyed the porch and pool after playing golf two days in a row! From start to finish, everything about the rental - from questions to booking, checking in, ordering linens, and specific things once we arrived - went totally smoothly. Definitely would recommend this property, and would stay again!

What a beautiful home! Perfect for spreading out or 2 families could easily stay comfortably. Creek-life is so peaceful - perfect community for afternoon walks and amazing restaurants all within 3-5 miles. Teens LOVE the POOL TABLE room and dock - laughter and memories to last a lifetime! Note - location of pool-table and bunkbeds would be better suited for older children/teens to stay and spend time - not intermingled with main areas of the home. Emily was an excellent property manager and very attentive to our needs. Would stay at this property again!

The house, landscape, and location were perfect for us. It’s a dream home in every sense of the word, spacious, and gorgeous. The pier was a great location for catching nice fish as well as bait to use in the inlet and offshore. It docked our boats well. The pool and the game room were also wonderful. Turns out we had some pool players in the family we didn’t know we had..lol. The lovely oak trees added serenity and the feeling of home. Thank you for sharing your home with us. It was a great experience!

Only two things missing from this being a 5! We really wished we had an ice maker and the access to the downstairs playroom/bunk beds could have been clearer in the description. We had a blast, tho!

The property is at the back of a very pleasant and peaceful neighborhood but still close to lots of great amenities (mini-golf, dining, and other attractions). The house itself was clean, spacious, and well stocked with dishes, utensils, and cookware. Our family (that spanned three generations) loved sitting on the screened porch, swimming in the pool, and crabbing & kayaking from the dock.
We did dock our boat at the backyard dock throughout our stay, and were able to use the boat at all tides. (There are quite a few sand and oyster banks throughout Murrells Inlet, so plan to move slowly or follow the locals until you learn the channel).
One of my family members uses a wheelchair for mobility and found the house very accommodating. The elevator was reliable and convenient. Because of how the elevator doors are configured, a non-disabled person had to help her enter the elevator on the ground level.

Perfect Framily Vacation Spot
Two families met at this beautiful place with four small children. Plenty of space!! I especially enjoyed that the majority of the house/living space was on one level. The bottom level was the perfect landing pad for a babysitter or guest. All of the amenities were top notch. We brought a boat and using the dock was a breeze. Highly recommend!

Comfortable house with lots of room
It was a great stay for our family. The elevator was more useful than I thought! Great option for littles and seniors, but the ability to load all our stuff on it and not have to lug it up and down the stairs was a luxury service. The pool and hot tub were a big hit as well as the dock. Great location to beach, restaurants and stores!

Exceeded Expectations!
Based on the overwhelmingly positive reviews and incredible photos of the property, my group and I came in with very high expectations and the experience exceeded them by a mile! Emily and Jody made the entire process seamless and the location can't be beat! Highly recommended for a golf/fishing trip with friends or a quiet getaway with the family, this place has it all!

Outstanding Property in Myrtle Beach Area
We were 4 golfers and enjoyed the property. The only thing that could be added was a timer to program the Hot tub. The pool is NOT heated. Everything else was 5 Star.

The house is simply amazing! The location, the amenities, and the ease of everything was superb! I highly recommend this property! We were in town for a neighbor’s wedding and the location was perfect! Spent our down time fishing off the dock, splashing in the pool, and relaxing in the hot tub! Loved it!

We loved this property! It was clean and very pretty; however, if you are looking for beach action this may not be the place for you. We absolutely enjoyed being able to hangout and relax without the chaos or noise!!! On beach days it’s a short drive but because of summer there is a lot of traffic! Another wonderful plus is the grocery stores that were near by!

Second stay at this beautiful house. Could not be happier. We truly love this place & cannot wait to return. It has everything you could need plus more. Beautiful furnishings, lots of space, wonderful neighborhood (& neighbors) & a gorgeous view 24/7. I cannot say enough, it’s one of our favorite places to stay. Fun family getaway!
This property has everything a family could want for a relaxing get away! The neighborhood is very quiet, beautiful and people are so friendly! We enjoyed fishing the most....having the pool and hot tub right there was an added bonus! Very nice owners who were just a text away if we had a question 😊

Relaxing and comfortable
The home was an enjoyable and relaxing getaway for our family. The weather was nice enough where we could open windows and grateful that all windows had screens without holes so we had no problem with mosquitos or bugs! The kitchen is nicely outfitted and allowed us to cook and enjoy meals together!

Family Getaway
Our stay was wonderful! Despite 3 of our 7 days being affected by rain, we had a magnificent time. The beautiful home was more than accommodating. We were a party of 10 ranging in ages from 19 to 92. The beds were comfy, pool and spa inviting and refreshing, and the elevator quite the luxury for those of us with achy joints. Downstairs there is a game room complete with a pool table and bar area. There are two super large garages, and lots of space for parking in the driveway.
There is more than enough room for everyone to find their own space, or gather together for a family meal. During the clear days, and even a few of the cloudy ones, we enjoyed fishing from the dock located at the property. Built in seating meant no dragging a chair out to enjoy the sunrise! The attached floating dock made it a breeze for my 92 year old grandma to jump on the pontoon boat. Other than navigating a bit at low tide, the creek posed no issues for daily pontoon rides.
Overall the home was clean, inviting, and boasted unparalleled views of Murrells Inlet. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a great family vacation, or friends getaway.

Perfect Retreat!
Great stay with plenty to do - we brought paddle boards, kayaks, fishing gear - all so convenient right off the dock. House is big, spacious and very comfortable! Jody and Emily we very accommodating and responsive. Restaurants, grocery all close by....we enjoyed a couple nice meals on Marsh Walk. Nothing beats sitting by pool or on dock with the gorgeous view of Murrels Inlet.
