Very Clean comfortable house can sleep up to eight (8) people. with four (4) bedrooms and two (2) bathrooms with free washer and dryer. This is 2-story home located in Sandusky's Cove District, with all the comforts of home. Outside patio area with gas grill and relax on a cool summer night with a gas fire pit. Relax on the beautiful front porch. Located 3 Blocks from the Bay and Boat Houses with a fantastic view of Cedar Point. Off street parking with four car driveways. Only 1/2 mile from Sandusky's vibrant Downtown City Center, 3.5 miles from Cedar Point Amusement Park; and 3 miles from Cedar Point Sports Force Center.

The home was lovely. It allowed me to be close to my daughter and 2 blocks from my sister. They both live in Sandusky. There was enough space for everyone without being on top of each other. We each could have privacy and then spend time together. The home had everything we needed. The neighborhood was still quiet, i lived in the neighborhood for 6 years. I would stay there again.

Well maintained property with attention to comfort, cleanliness, and communication with owner. Great family space in and outside of the home. Especially loved gathering on the front porch for coffee in the mornings and relaxation in the evening. Easy access to any area downtown. Short walk to end of street for view of the bay and Cedar Point. Would definitely stay here again!

Bernice was a very gracious host and responsive to our needs. We were in close proximity to Cedar Point which was why we were coming to Ohio. The second floor of the property was not as cool as the first floor even after adjusting the thermostat. To be fair to Bernice, we didn’t tell her that during our stay as we were gone for the whole day. Other than that, we loved her place.

Home was beautifully maintained and cleaned, owner was super helpful with any questions we had and the house was a super short drive to Cedar Point amusement park and grocery shopping for our trip. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and would definitely return when we come back to Sandusky again

I came with 5 teenager and 3 moms for a couple nights to explore Sandusky and Cedar Point. The house was clean and cozy. The owner was very responsive and flexible to our needs! The fire pit was a fun and the front porch a great place to gather!! Dining room table was huge and we all were able to sit together for meals. Beds were comfy and 4 twins gave lots of options! Great stay and the area was charming and beachy!!

This home exceeded our expectations. Very clean and well put together. Plenty of parking space. If we ever comeback to this area again I for sure would be looking for availability at this home first. The house was very clean. The first morning we found that the front door was not really locking when we put the code in. Contacted the owner and she sent someone our right away. They ended up giving us a back door key to use instead. So watch that the door really is locked. Not any real cable in the house to watch tv, just local channels. The 2 tvs down stairs were smart tvs so we could use Netflix or Disney + for our granddaughter to have tv. The upstairs did not have that. The bedroom downstairs did not have batteries in 1 remote so we had to buy some for it. Could only get the beverage and the add 30 sec buttons to work on the Microwave. Washer and dryer cost $1.50 and $1.00 to use. There are pots and pans to use as well as glasses and wine glasses. Silverware and such. It has an air fryer as well as a few other things. Shower head is not the best at all. Really hard to get it to spray like a shower should. It really should be replaced. We did not use the bikes in the shed but we did look in there the last day and the little kids bike has flat tires. Did not look at the adult bikes. Over all it was not a bad stay, just a few things that need fixed in the house or updated. The owner is quick to respond to anything you really do need and seems very nice.

Felt just like home
We had a great stay here during our family vacation to cedar point. Nice short drive to the park so we were able to come back daily to make lunch and dinner. House was very clean and felt just like home. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay while in the Sandusky area. Home was clean and very inviting for our whole family. We enjoyed some games in the yard and the fire pit at night. Communication with the owner was right on point no matter what the question. We know where we will stay when we visit Cedar Point again. Highly recommend.

Favorite house to book
This is my second booking with her. She is a kind lady who will answer any concerns you may have. The beds are all very comfy. The only challenge with the house is the one bathroom, because I usually come with a large group of friends, which can be difficult at times. Aside from that, this is a lovely location to stay that is also extremely cozy.

Even better than the pictures!
We had a great time at this property. We thought the house looked way better in person than in the pictures. It is extremely close to Cedar Point (about 5 minutes). The outdoor back patio as well as front porch were delightful. The beds were comfortable. Yes, there is only the one bathroom, but we made it work. I have stayed at many rentals in the Sandusky area, and this one is probably the best. Thank you for a great stay.

Trip to Sandusky
Our family had a wonderful time in Sandusky! The property was perfect and had everything we needed plus more. Everyone was comfortable and so pleased with our accommodations. The outdoor area was lovely and the walk down the street to the water was a great plus for the views. It was a perfect location if visiting Cedar Point (about 8 minutes away). The property was immaculate, and the landlord was very easy to reach for any reason. I would definitely look this up upon a return trip.

Just right property!
We all agree we would give this home two thumbs up! Our group was made up of two grandparents, one adult son and his wife and two boys, 2 and 7, and one single adult son. The layout was perfect for this size group. Nice large dining area. Plenty of comfortable seating in the living room, a super comfy front porch in addition to a great outdoor space with furniture and a backyard large enough to play softball with the Littles. Walking distance to a great neighborhood park with small splash pad. Nice neighborhood with sidewalks for an early morning or late night walk. You can see Cedar Point from the end of the street, across the water. Driving to the park took no time at all. Everything was sufficiently stocked as far as cookware and dishes etc was concerned. Nice sized bathroom with two sinks...but just one. We were fine with it though. Nice linens and comfy beds. Plenty of bikes provided, if desired. Cornhole and a nice gas firepit. Really just a perfect home for what we needed. If I had to make any suggestion, it would be to put room darkening curtains in the two bedrooms with the twin beds. Our Littles woke up way to early. (Deep sigh).

Amazing home and close to Cedar Point!
My family and I really enjoyed staying here! We were hardly in the home as both our days were spent at Cedar Point but while being there it was so comfortable and clean! We do plan on coming back to go to Cedar Point again and I will be looking to stay in this home again. We were 7 adults and we felt as if we had our own private space as well.
