About this house rental
Our home has been completely renovated in May of 2020 including new carpet and flooring, appliances, fresh paint, and granite countertops. The home in completely furnished including two 50" 4K tv's with built in firestick! Located in Gahanna, Ohio it is close to everything you could ever ask for! The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between guests. Message us if you have further questions!

Perfect for activities at the expo center. 10 minutes away

Communication with Jordan was great. He replied quickly to any questions I had. Check in was seamless. Property description was spot on. The huge fenced in backyard was perfect for our doggie. Property was super clean. Quiet neighborhood. Jordan goes above & beyond with supplies like paper towels, coffee pods, shampoo, conditioner & liquid soap. And the bottle of wine was a very nice touch! Would definitely stay there again.

Awesome house! Had everything we needed. Well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, and close to everything. The fenced backyard was perfect for my 3 kids to get outside and explore and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. I loved having the second living room so we could spread out. Jordan was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this home! We will definitely be back.

We checked in as out of state visitors for a wedding. The home was easy to check into upon arrival and was immaculate. We were greeted with a bottle of wine on the table to welcome us which was a lovely surprise! The listing stated 4 bedrooms but there were only 3 which were all upstairs. Nonetheless, the listing was accurate to state that it could sleep 12 guests so regardless there is enough room for everyone to sleep. The backyard and front yard are well maintained and welcoming. Overall, would happily stay again!

We needed a home for a comfortable stay while in town to meet our newest family member, a granddaughter. The house was everything we needed while traveling with dependent children and our family pet. We enjoyed the two TV areas to relax from a long day of playing with young grandchildren. The kitchen and bathrooms are nicely updated and the bedrooms are very comfortable. We'll definitely be staying here again in the future.

Great house for our 9 adults. Layout was perfect. Beds were great. Ample blankets. Awesome air conditioning!! Close to everything. Only downside was a guest before us must have had a dog in heat as there was a spot on the floor that appeared to be urine and spots of blood. Would definitely stay there again though and would recommend this to others !!

And towels that smelled musty …I had to go buy towels to shower with because they smelled so bad..

Check in Process
Renting and getting property was very smooth but check in was very difficult. Didn't get codes until well after 5pm and needed to message and call several times. Overall appearance was good but shower curtains were moldy. Kitchen not well stocked if planning to cook but was nice to have coffee available.

The house was clean and included everything we needed for our stay. Check-in and check-out were very easy. This house is in a great proximity to downtown Columbus.

Perfect family property
The property had all amenities we needed and the space for our younger children. It was perfectly located that made travel easy to all our destinations. Jordan was fantastic to communicate with and made the whole trip and stay very easy for us.

Wonderful Stay
The house was very clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed for a weekend stay for 6 adults and 1 child. The location was close to the expressway, grocery stores, and restaurants. If we come back to the area, we would look to stay here again.

My hometown Gahanna
The Mistletoe Street house was aptly named as we stayed there over Christmas break. The house is fine, nice job on the renovation. My family enjoyed a couple movies on the big screen, and cooked breakfast in the kitchen. Nice neighborhood, I grew up less than a mile from here when a little girl. Thanks!

Girls Weekend
I came with 4 friends (5 total). We planned to use the pull out couches, but when we pulled the first one out there was a huge hairball in it and the floor around it was filthy. There was a red stain near the other one that looked like blood. So we did not use the downstairs which caused us to share bedrooms. There was also a men’s t-shirt hanging on the back of the bathroom door which makes me question how well the home is cleaned between rentals.
The rest of the house and bedrooms were very comfortable and felt very safe.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Cute home, we all felt comfortable and slept well. Beds were comfy and pictures are true to the place. Appreciated the coffee the house left for us as well.

Great place!
It was an overall beautiful house. Plenty of room for my group of 5. There weren't much kitchen utensils like pots and pans, we had go buy a baking sheet, and we couldn't find any scissors. Besides those little things it is a great property and neighborhood!

This house really only works well if you're not planning to do any actual cooking while staying there. Pillows were perhaps the worst quality I've ever encountered in a rental. We actually went to the store and bought pillows to use instead. Bottom line: This has the potential to be a really nice place to stay, but needs a few simple upgrades to really achieve that goal.

We were not given enough sleeping linens for the amount of people the property boasts that it can sleep and that we had told the property owner would be in residence. There were not any extra bedding, comforters & pillows provided for the pull out beds that were advertised. Only the pictured bedrooms had comforters and pillows. Sheets were provided for the extra beds advertised, but that was all.
There was only one roll of paper towel in the house. Paper napkins were not included so made meals difficult and required a shopping trip. There was only a small table that seats 4 provided for eating, this was also difficult when our rental was for 9 people.

Great location and a great option to a hotel!
Great house and big yard. The beds were super comfortable. Great location near Easton. There is a brand new park within walking distance. We loved the coffee machine. Appliances were great. Could have used a couple more pans and kitchen utensils. Will absolutely book again.

Excellent Property near Easton
This property is clean and welcoming. Plenty of room and brand new inside -- very sleek and modern feeling. Love that it isn't over accessorized and that we were welcomed with a bottle of wine and plenty of water bottles in the fridge. The neighborhood is a little more crowded than we prefer and nestled within a development (hence why we gave it three stars on location). Not our preference typically but it never felt unsafe or uncomfortable. Others might really like that it is part of a close neighborhood. Convenient to restaurants, shopping and more. We'd book again. Great value for the size of the house and good condition.
