Excellent, very comfortable and handy for all attractions in the area.

Clean comfortable with all kitchen appliances you could need. I had questions for Luke who answered straight them straight away. Everything was as it should be.

Sometimes difficult to get a space for the 2nd car into the visitors bays but it is a residential set of properties and we managed to find an alternative. When it’s warm the bedrooms can get hot but opening the windows helped with it being in a quiet location.

Short stay

The flat is really specious for 3 of us and a dog was perfect. We were all day out anyway, just stayed overnight had a breakfast and left. Luke was always available if we had any questions. Overall good stay but too short😉

The seafront quite far away but we knew that anyway. We used our car. Bathroom could do with some refreshing but overall ok.

Filthy and smelly.

Parking was easy. Potential to be nice

Very unclean, including food crumbs in kitchen draws, pubic hairs and 'bits' in bed, filthy carpets, grubby doors and walls. There was also a very bad smell which someone had tried to mask with huge amounts of artificial fragrance that was so strong it impregnated our clothing. No good for anyone with allergies or preference for hygiene. Place also needed decorating. Photos added, we were only there between 9:20 pm until 5:15 am, but hopefully they'll give a flavour of what it was like. Owner did answer my call about the bed sheets quickly and he arranged for his 'cleaner' to change them. This was done by around 10:15pm. The cleaner said that she always had trouble getting hairs of the bed sheets (didn't mention the bits though). She said the carpets weren't dirty, it was just the fluff of the towels! Such a shame because with a couple of tins of paint and a professional carpet clean or replacement carpet and this place would have been lovely. Given that we had such a poor experience it would be honourable of the owner to refund our money and sort these issues before re-advertising to others.

Good facilities and comfortable beds.

We were only there for one night but it had everything we needed.

The shower head was too low for one of our guests as he is over 6 feet tall but it was perfect for me being 5’3” :)

Very good for a short stay, value for money

Parking was excellent, flat was cosy

Comfy, convenient and everything you could need.

Ideal for an overnight stay before an early ferry. Couldn't have asked for a better equipped flat and all very comfortable. Free, allocated parking space right outside. Dogs welcome. Highly recommended.

It was a great and fantastic place and my kids had fun and made friends

The location is excellent. Coffee and sugar are available including an electric water kettle tea mugs cutlery, and many more.

Nice size apartment. Beds comfortable. Equipped very well. Residential area, felt safe and car space good. Easy access to apartment.

Very well appointed. Plenty of space and good layout.

Furnishings were dated and tired. The apartment is in need of a deep clean in prefer to get rid of legacy smells (smoking and dogs?).

Portsmouth fairways

Very cute and cosy flat close to Portsmouth town centre. Very easy to drive in from here lots to see and do. Flat was very comfortable and lovely shower 🚿😊 and beds comfortable also.

Perfect for families

Very spacious, comfy, and well equipped flat. Luke is a very helpful and responsive host. Location is good, with big stores nearby. Portsmouth centre and the seaside are a short drive away.

Cleaning should improve a bit. Other than that, I didn't see any issues.

Fantastic place to stay for a family!

The apartment only had a few stairs to climb to get to which was very convenient lugging all our luggage up only a small amount of stairs. The beds were super comfy.

Superb

Perfect for our needs - a great base for walking the coastal paths in the area. Very comfortable accommodation for the two of us with all we needed to cook breakfasts and dinners. This was our third stay here so would recommend.

Bathrooms fan goes on for ages after light is turned off - a bit disturbing if someone uses the loo at night! Could do with oven gloves and some baking trays/ovenware.

Nice place, struggle for parking

Great location for where we needed to be, all facilities we needed. Nice and quiet at night and the filtered water tap is always a good addition.

Visitor parking is non existent unfortunately, so if you are traveling in more than one car bare this in mind. The next nearest place to park is a good 10min walk away due to double yellow lines everywhere in the area and I wouldn't try parking somewhere you shouldn't as you are been watched by the neighbours.

Quiet, convenient location and good value for money.

The flat was quite roomy with extremely comfy beds and sofas. The heating was easy to regulate. The kitchen was reasonably well equipped with gadgets etc. The location was very quiet and handy for shopping with a very good Chinese take away a few minutes' walk away. The on-site parking was very convenient. Overall the location was perfect for sight-seeing in the area with lovely beach walks at West/East Wittering just a short drive away. The nearby nature reserve is great for bird watching.

The pans were a little old and tired looking.
