Worst place I stayed in my warts of traveling

I didn’t like anything about this place the beds was hard the ladies at the front desk was very rude. They wouldn’t even let us use the broom to clean the room. The phone in the room was never working we could call them we would have to go to the front for help which they never wanted to do. Also the internet is not unlimited. That was not something listed when I book. I was told Wi-Fi included.

I hated everything about this place I will not recommend to any one.

I’ve stayed in more hospitable facilities. Service needs to improve.

I liked that the property was clean and facilities worked as they should.

The tv had only a few boring channels that needed upgrading. Internet was rationed poorly. There was no daily housekeeping service available and we weren’t given the tools to do it ourselves despite the fact that we were staying only 4 days, we had to literally buy sponge and detergent and brooms… it was terrible . The front desk wasn’t very forthcoming with proper dissemination of information .

I love how clean and presentable it was , the place was really secured which makes you feel your in a safe environment and staff where very friendly.

I didn’t like how no essential things where provided for example Toilet roll or any dish soap and also check took way longer than expected and wifi was not that great.

Disappointing

Modern apartment. Pool and gym area was good.

Feedback 1. Only one key and can not lock the door inside without one. Was rented for three people, so one key for three people for nine days is unacceptable, inconvenience and unsafe. 2. No mop or broom 3. Second to the last stair is not secured, so it is hazardous, and we fell several times. 4. Landlord or agent does not reply to messages and reception takes days. 5. On arrival property was dirty 6. No airier to dry clothes. 7. No shelf on the shower to hang or store soap and funnel etc. 8. Washing machine does not work correctly as it does not dispense the soap. Buy tables to put inside the drum with the clothes. 9. Cleaner only came once in the nine days despite requesting and complaining property was dirty on arrival 10. No staff to help with luggage on arrival or leaving. Not even for a fee 11. Change towels and tea towel only once in the nine days. 12. Block (no area or country) had a lot of blackouts affecting work meetings as wifi would be down 13. Was not given full usage of wifi allowance. Ran out in a few that didn't make any sense except we were given a lot less than promised. 14. Costly property with no customer service. Staff at reception was rude and unhelpful. 15. Be careful they wanted to deduct from the deposit as they said we got makeup on the towel they only changed once. They expected the white towel to still be white after nine days. Oh yeah, one spoon was missing which they wanted to charge us a lot of money for. 16. Aircon was leaking in the downstairs room. 17. Not much shops, bar around. Restaurant at apartment is limited 18. Rules are very strict for an apartment such as pool area no food, drink, personal speakers allowed. Only allowed 1/2 visitors. Which meant we couldn’t even have one guest each at a time.
