This 2 bedroom, 1 bath home has all the necessities you will need in a short-term rental; furnished, kitchen stocked with dishes and silverware, bath stocked with towels, comfortable living room with sectional. This home is nestled in the woods! Washer and Dryer and all kitchen appliances are included. Wildlife at your door. Utilities, trash and Wifi is covered! Home is priced already for long-term monthly stays; 2 week minimum, 6 month maximum. No Pets. No Smoking.

Just What I Was Looking For and More!

I needed a place to stay for a month during a life transition and spotted this gem online. I can't say enough about how perfect it was for my needs. In fact, two days after I checked in, I extended my rental for another month. Peter, the owner, was extremely personable and attentive to my needs. This little cottage was my home for two months and I loved it. In fact, I would have stayed longer if it had not already been booked. I thoroughly enjoyed watching it snow from the big windows, going for walks, and feeding the birds. The location is private and peaceful. I'll be back someday to see it in the Spring or Fall.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property, we stayed for 3 weeks and it felt so homely rather than being cooped up in a hotel room for that long. The price is incredible and the location for us was perfect, we definitely plan to rent this out again on our next visit!

House is darling & clean + amazing property!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The cottage is adorable and extremely clean with everything you’ll need in the kitchen, comfy couches and beds. The cottage is on the owners property, they are very respectful of space and allow you to wander on their 6 acre property. There’s a pond and lots of trees, which were so beautiful in the fall. I would definitely stay here again if we get the chance!

This home is nicely furnished and has comfortable beds. The owners were friendly, accommodating and even bought a BBQ grill for the property after I remarked that it was listed in the amenities. We used the grill frequently so appreciate the owners efforts. I would definitely stay there again.

This was my second home!

This was my second home!

What a fantastic experience. I originally thought I would be there for 4-6 weeks and ended up extended twice for a 3-month stay. The house is nicely furnished and has everything you need. As far as location, I couldn't have asked for anything better. You have to drive past the horse and two ponies to get to the house - I would "moo" at them everyday so don't worry, they are bi-lingual. You have two cats who are very friendly and bunches of squirrels who are not - they will throw pears down at you! At night the odd noises you will hear are juvenile owls who don't know how to hoot yet, someone has a donkey close by, and the occasional wild turkey. The owners and property manager are there just enough to make sure your visit is perfect - AND IT WAS! I already know I have to come back this spring for another extended visit and will make sure I keep my business schedule flexible to match this homes availability.
