Fort Walton Beach/ Okaloosa Island is just beautiful! I love my condo at the Nautilus. It is a 2/bedroom 2/bath condo.... “Side Unit” with great beach views. I have owned my condo since 2002 and I have return guest year after year. Once you visit this area… You will want to come back for sure! The beaches are magical with their white powder sand and beautiful blue turquoise Gulf water. I guess that’s why they call it the Emerald Coast area.

I know how important it is to have a fully stocked kitchen, so many of my guests are very appreciative of all of items I provide. I even have an under the counter ice maker machine so you have extra ice for your cooler. Of course the refrigerator freezer also makes ice.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, and the guest bedroom has a queen bed and bunks for the little ones. There is also a queen sleeper sofa. Plus, I have a Washer and Dryer inside the condo! :-)

Beach service for 2 is provided during your stay (March - October), and I also have additional folding beach chairs in the little closet near the entrance area. There are some fun little sand toys for the kids in that closet. I would love to have you come and stay at my Little Piece of Paradise.

The condo is just as the description says, a little piece of paradise. It had all the amenities described in the online listing and felt just like being at home, except at the beach! We loved being beachside. Just a few steps to the sand! We love having the beach service. Once you experience that, you will never want to go back to bringing your own chairs and umbrella. Tara was great to work with and quick to respond. The check-in/check out process was effortless. The location was close enough to shopping, restaurants, and the airport. Our son who lives in New York was able to fly in and join us for a few days. It was a quick and easy trip to the Destin/Fort Walton Beach Airport. Our family usually stays in a different beach location each year, but if we ever return to the area, we would definitely book this condo again.

The property was perfectly located as the area didn't seem crowded but it was minutes to shopping areas or other entertainment options. The property matched the listed description and the owner was easy to reach for any questions. Owner provided detailed instructions for the check-in and checkout processes. The bottom line is this whole experience made the vacation the best.

This was an excellent stay. My mom and I were very happy with the condo and facilities. It was a short walk to the beach and pool. The condo had everything needed - washer/dryer, coffee maker, ice maker etc. The location was great - away from majority of traffic.

The condo was just like the pictures! Very clean and easy to access. Beach was super close and loved the chairs and umbrella that came with the unit however they do pack up around 330 and all chairs are gone by 5. The couch was a little uncomfortable but that's about it. Would definitely stay again!

We stayed in Tara’s condo for spring break! Condo was very roomy and had everything you could possibly need. We had a great stay and Tara was very easy to communicate with and was available at any time. She was quick to answer any questions. Will definitely book her condo next spring break.

We came in on Saturday afternoon got settled with no issues. Checked in at the office in the morning for our parking pass with zero issues. Condo was clean and tastefully decorated. Couch could use a replacement (just a bit of a slope) but beds were so comfy. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family as well as returning next year!

The condo was fantastic. A few little things need done but other than that, we could not have asked for a better stay. It made our first visit to Florida super enjoyable. Perfect location for a beach vacation. Property is a great location in that it's close several places to eat, stores, and attractions, but doesn't feel touristy. It's right on the beach, but there isn't lot of traffic. The condo is well maintained with the owner being very responsive for a couple of issues that came up during our stay.

The property is very clean and comfortable. It has everything that you could need to cook or go to the beach. This property is perfect for a relaxing vacation. Great view of the ocean. And just a short easy walk to the beach. Chairs and an umbrella are paid for by the owner. She also has extra toys and chairs for use in the condo. Super comfy beds. Plenty of linens. The shower is great.

Nice and relaxing stay for the most part. Unit was very comfortable and loved the decor. Some maintenance work going on outside at times but overall I would recommend the Nautilus but February is not very warm to enjoy the beach.

This condo was completely as described. Cozy & Comfy for our beach stay with plenty of room. Beautiful view of the ocean from the back balcony along with a perfect view of the pool area from the front. Everyone was so nice & friendly from the front office staff to the beach chair attendant. Definitely will be back soon!!

We had an amazing time at Tara’s Condo! We will definitely use her again in the future. She had everything we needed and was always a text away if we had a question. Condo was exactly like the pictures, pool was amazing, and it was right on the beach! She even had beach chairs and stuff for the kids to use on the beach. It was a great experience! We only ate out one night because Tara had everything we needed to cook at the condo. The grilling area was a huge plus too! Perfect getaway! Thanks Tara!

We absolutely loved staying here! The picture of the view is 100% accurate. 2nd floor was nice and we could see our car from the parking lot. Plenty of parking, pool was great, and the prepaid beach chairs are such a great perk! My only complaint of this building is that smoking was allowed around the pool, but that did not affect our stay in this condo. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals there! Would definitely return! Thanks Tara :)

The property is on the beach and a short walk! The pool was great and the facilities are well maintained. The beach service is a huge bonus! Everything we wanted to do was a short easy drive.
