We stay at Water House often and rank this unit high on the list. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you need except a decent frying pan (why do all of the units lack this basic essential?). The living room furniture is beautiful but stiff and somewhat uncomfortable. We were there in August so the aspens in front of the building were all leafed out which gave the unit a cozy feeling of being in the woods. Being on the south side of the building facing the back road, there was almost no people noise but lots of road noise since the unit is about a block from the main road coming into Breckenridge. Loved that this unit was fully stocked with DVD's (mostly for kids), a few books, games and puzzles. Definitely recommend this unit!

The only reason I can't give 5 stars was our night was interrupted by a low battery 'beep' of the CO2 alarm. Maintenance was great and took care of it right away, but this is something that should not have to interrupt a stay. Put replacing the 9 volt batteries of alarms on a schedule so that the guest does not get woken up...Other than that, it is a beautiful property.

We really enjoyed the area and what it had to offer. The furniture was not as uncomfortable as everyone said. Only thing of concern was the back door didn’t lock so we had to put a chair in front of it. Also the sink drain stopper didn’t work in the master bedroom. We didn’t call the front desk because I messaged the staff twice through the app prior to our trip and got no response. If you are low maintenance and don’t care about these things it’s perfect! We very much enjoyed it.

Everything was lovely as advertised, but if u are more than four people forget it!!! The pull out is broken! Unusable!! Ended up with mattress in the floor. Need a new Better L shaped couch desperately. Besides that, great appliances, great location.

Condo was great. Close to downtown made it easy to walk everywhere. Condo was roomy with all the comforts we needed for a nice long weekend retreat. Parking was smooth but tight for f250 but not a issue. Room keys kinda have their own mindset when trying to use the elevator., we where warned by the front desk about the keys. Place is great and we would stay there again. .
