Rare in Sunset Beach, the house has a 20' by 20' outdoor space, grill and outdoor shower.
The house has one reserved parking spot right in front of the house by the front gate. In addition, Sunset Beach has two rows of public parking running the entire mile of the town.

We loved our stay here. The house was perfect for the 2 of us. Less than a minute walk to the beach. Great sunset views. Property was just as it was described. The hosts were very kind and had no troubles during our stay. I would recommend this Property to anyone and would definitely come back in the future. Coffee house a short walk away was great.

The property was perfect for me, my 17 year old daughter, and her friend. They were playing in Norco and we decided it was more important to stay by the water. Place was perfect. Easy drives everywhere.

Perfect location to enjoy the beach which is just steps away. Easy and convenient access to the bike trail that runs along the coast. The house has all needed amenities and the gated yard is perfect to hangout and have privacy. Within walking distance to plenty of restaurants in the area. Second time we stayed here. Loved it.

Place is perfect for a couple or single surfer. Surf does not break well out front but access to HB and surrounding areas is great. Place was super clean and nice. Well equipped. Shower is tiny but great water pressure! Owners stopped by a few times changing out furniture on patio. I didn't know they were coming.overall a great place and I would stay again.

This is a great place! Perfect for what we needed. You can literally here the water sitting on the couch!

This place was great! We are DEFINITELY coming back time and time again. We often stay at beach properties, but this one is definitely one of our favorites now! Convenience everywhere from easy access to the beach, convenient store and grocery stores are only about an 8 minute drive away!

Adorable house, great location, had all the amenities we needed. You can tell there's been a lot of love and care put into the property. We ended up extending our stay an additional day because we did not want to leave. This property, and the proximity to the ocean, made for one of our most relaxing vacations. 5 stars. Would definitely return.

Great little Beach home. Beach was only 42 steps away accessed by a pathway that was right beside the house
Bed was Comfy, all linens clean and house was properly stocked with all you would expect and more. Perfect size for 2 ppl in the master and 1 on the sleeper sofa.
Proximity was great for getting to Anaheim; about 25-30 min away from angels stadium Airport was just a little more than that during non rush hour.
good proximity to restaurants, walking distance to corner store. Parking was great (close by and free). Neighborhood felt safe.

The property is even more wonderful in person! Very walkable area with plenty of restaurants, bars, coffee and convenience stores close by. The home itself is beautifully decorated and well appointed with all you could need plus a very comfy bed/soft linens. Did I mention it's right across the street from the beach?

Adorable, cozy cottage right by a quiet beach. Our family felt right at home as soon as we entered the front door. There are numerous shops and restaurants nearby for high convenience. The neighborhood was friendly and clean. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

We really just needed a place to sleep, but I would have definitely wanted to spend more time in the charming yard and at the beach a short walk across the street. This cottage was clean, well stocked and organized and very comfortable with a large TV and streaming services that was perfect for a movie at night. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

Had a great time with my wife and 2 kids. A lot of time spent on the sand and water with the complimentary boogie boards. Would recommend to all. Have family and friends in the area and they want to stay there as well.

My sister and I had a great time at this Sunset Beach home. We made fabulous memories and plan to come back next year. The property manager was excellent!

We stayed Thursday through Sunday. This spot is perfection! It's across the street from Sunset Beach (our family's favorite) and very cute. Hubby and I will bring an air mattress next time we stay, since we gave up the bedroom to our 3 and 5 year olds (for the freedom to stay up late and lounge in the awesome side patio). Definitely recommend this place!!

The property was extremely clean and comfortable. My husband and I stayed with our teen child, and we had plenty of space. We enjoyed using the grill, and outdoor space in the evening. The beach is steps away, so we were able to go back and forth to get food, drinks, and use the restroom, as needed. We would definitely recommend this property to others and we will stay there again if we are back in the area.

We are so thankful we booked this place! Loved the porch to sit and people watch and drink morning coffee, the outdoor patio is perfect with an outdoor bed to lay on, table and chairs a grill and an outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach. The location is steps from the beach, is located in a very safe and quiet residential area. We had 2 adults and 2 teenage girls and it was perfect. We did bring a twin blow up mattress and set it up on the other side of the table and also used the pull out bed, daughter said the couch was surprisingly comfy. I do suggest if you like a dark room, bring something to hang on the window in the bedroom, the neighbors garage lights shine right through the window. Would recommend to someone looking for a nice quiet relaxing family vacation. Thank you for having us, we look forward to staying there again.

This is the way to enjoy Sunset Beach! This cottage is cute, cozy, and has all the comforts of home. I loved being able to cook, store food, relax in a living room, etc., all while just yards from the beachfront. I'll definitely go back again!

My wife and I stayed for a week with our two children. The cottage is literally across the street from one of the entrance points to Sunset Beach, which makes this a fantastic location. It's probably better suited for weekend stays, however, if you have more than two people. Since it's really kind of like a studio apartment (with glass doors separating the bedroom and bathroom from the living room with pullout couch), it's much like sharing a hotel room that has a small kitchen. The outdoor shower is very handy for coming back from the beach. Not having a dishwasher or washer/dryer makes it a challenge for longer stays without a hotel staff to change out towels (or toilet paper for that matter as you'll need to bring your own for longer stays). Overall, great affordable beach cottage for either a couple or a 2 night stay with kids. For longer stays with kids, I'd spend more for a bigger place or stay at a hotel.

We loved the easy & close beach access. Even tho the weather didn't cooperate we still went to the beach everyday because it was just so easy with 2 younger kids . The outdoor shower with warm water was super convenient rinsing feet and kids off before they went into the house. The bungalow, we called it, was perfect size for 2 parents and 2 kids. There was everything there that we needed. Restaurants were in walking distance , and it was super easy to Uber anywhere else we wanted to go.
Would definitely stay here again . Just bring an eye mask if you like a dark nights sleep.

Absolutely beautiful beach side cottage. Very close to the sand ample parking. Inside was clean and comfortable. It was just enough for a couple and a small child for the week. We would have stayed longer however this place is no pets which we respected. The yard is a perfect place to hangout after some time on the beach. Looking forward to coming back sometime.

Great location with Seal Beach near by and good restaurants. Pasta and Pizza was the best spaghetti right in Sunset Beach!
