Even better than expected. You can enjoy the fantastic view from 3 terrasses. Luckily, the house is located a bit from the very center of the town which can be a bit noisy. The house is fully equipped. You find all you need for cooking at home.

We had a great week at this apartment close to the beach. Clean and well functioning apartment. Short walk to restaurants and pizzerias. 25 minutes to a great fashion outlet. The host is very friendly and easy to communicate with. I can highly recommend this apartment.

It's a beautiful house, the location is perfect and everything you need is there. The location is ideal, especially for a holiday in combination with the eternal city. A car is an advantage and the parking solution is ideal.

Condo was updated and clean and steps from the beach. Well equipped with everything you need including charge cords for portable electronic devices and electric adapters for visitors from other countries. Host was very kind and communicative. Private parking on site and in Italy that’s a must!

Ein sehr tolles Haus mit eigenem Zugang zum Strand direkt über die Terrasse und einer Dusche auf der Terrasse. Der Strand vor dem Haus ist meist nur mäßig besucht. 250 Meter rechts und links dann die typischen italienischen Strandabschnitte mit liegen etc. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Man hat eine Terrasse, einen überdachten Balkon und die Dachterrasse. Je nach Wunsch also einen perfekten Ort mit Sonne oder Schatten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß zwei kleinere Supermercati oder mit dem Auto in die großen Center. Das Highlight ist der Sonnenuntergang am Abend, den man von der Terrasse genießen kann. Toller Urlaub - gute Kombi mit Rombesuch!

Genauso schön wie auf den Bildern. Freundliches Ambiente zum Wohlfühlen. Schöne Stunden am Strand und gute Anbindung nach Rom. Im Haus selber war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Verständigung mit dem Mieter war immer super.

Eigentlich kann man nur nochmal wiederholen, was bereits in den bisherigen, voll zutreffenden Bewertungen steht: Ein wunderschönes Haus mit direktem Strandzugang, den wir im April fast für uns alleine hatten. Alles ist sehr sauber und top gepflegt. Die Bäder und Zimmer sind modern und stylisch eingerichtet. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Ein- und Auschecken ging problemlos. Giorgio, der Vermieter, hat immer prompt und freundlich reagiert (während des Aufenthalts hatten wir nur eine kleine Rückfrage zur Mülltrennung). Wir würden gerne wiederkommen.

Super Urlaub nahe Rom

Haus hat wie den Bildern zu entnehmen einen direkten Strandzugang von der Terrasse. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und antwortet schnell. Unterkunft ist schön sauber perfekt eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts, selbst Ladegeräte für Handy /Tablet sind vor Ort. Der Ort Torvaianica selbst ist touristisch nicht so erschlossen, also wer dem Trubel entfliehen möchte ist hier genau richtig. Es gibt trotzdem sehr viele Restaurants und Café's. Das einzige was etwas schade war, dass die einheimischen nur sehr selten englisch gesprochen haben, aber dank Übersetzungsapp bekommt man das heute auch so hin 😉. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet mit hochwertigem Inventar. Der direkte Zugang zum schönen Strand ist super. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche. Das einzige was nicht so schön ist, ist die Ortschaft an sich.

We had wonderful two weeks with our family in this gorgeous house directly at the beach. The house is well equipped, perfectly clean and in a very good location with direct beach access. We would like to return again to this property. The only little downside we have noticed is that there was a lot of waste on the beach. Maybe this depends on the season.

Der tolle Eindruck, der sich durch die Fotos im Internet entwickelt hatte, und unsere Vorfreude auf diesen Urlaub hat sich vor Ort absolut bestätigt. Die Lage der Villa direkt am Meer, klasse. We recently stayed at this property as a family of 5, 2 adults 3 kids 8,6,2. It was the perfect place! Absolutely nothing is forgotten in the stocking of the apartment. It is very well equipped and the layout is perfect to make even a long stay very enjoyable! You walk out to a beautiful beach that was never over crowded and through the front door are many cafes, shops, fresh fish and veggie markets. Every I walked to Sapone Pane for a breakfast delight and the fish and veggie stands for dinner. We will definetely return
