Die Wohnung hat eine gute Lage und einen guten Schnitt. Jedoch mittlerweile sehr Putz- und renovierungsbedürftig. Das Pr

- das Fenster im Schlafzimmer konnte nicht geschlossen werden, dieses wurde mit Klebeband notdürftig verschlossen. Diese Konstruktion hat aber nicht gehalten und so war es bei den Temperaturen sehr kalt und mit einem Kleinkind dazu noch sehr gefährlich. - Spülmaschine hat nicht gespült - Backofen extrem verdreckt und Licht defekt - Abflüsse sind nicht abgelaufen - im Bad war alles extrem verkalkt und teilweise mit Schimmel - Wasserspülung im separaten WC war kaputt - Lichtschalter waren in den Schlafzimmern vorhanden, aber keine Lichter an der Decke - es wurde ohne Vorankündigung und Rücksprache die Wohnung während unserem gebuchten Aufenthaltes betreten, um die Klospülung zu reparieren. Das ist ein no Go - offene Steckdosen, Lebensgefahr!

Great apartment in a good location for Disneyland - highly recommend

Spacious & clean apartment for a family of 8 visiting Disneyland. Apartment in a great location, 5 minute walk to Val d’Europe, 15 minute walk to Disneyland and a park directly opposite. Parking & free wi-fi an added bonus.

Broken window in one of the bedrooms & some broken furniture/equipment but this did not affect our stay.

Memorable experience overall!

Great location to Disneyland and a shopping mall a few minutes walk away! The apartment is very spacious and equipped with everything we needed.

The drains smelt quite a bit.

Nous avons passez un agréable séjour dans ce logement spacieux, propre et joliment décoré.

Le logement est très spacieux, propre et agréablement décoré. L'emplacement est un atout fort, à 10 minutes d'un centre commercial, 15 minutes du RER A et 5 minutes d'un arrêt de bus (trajet de 12 minutes pour DISNEY).

Absolument rien. Nous avons tout apprécié.

Wonderful stay close to Disneyland Paris, and far from the hustle and bustle of staying in the park.

The property is impeccable. Well-maintained and in a beautiful location (in the small town of Serris), in a quiet building, a short walk from a couple of restaurants and a great bakery. The checkin/checkout instructions were very accurate, the neighbors were very nice — it’s a really lovely find. And a short walk from the apartment is a bus station that takes you right to the Disneyland entrance.

Old buildings have some maintenance issues — a couple of the pipes (sinks) were quite slow to drain. Did not affect our stay though — just a little patience and time, and everything was set! Some of the spaces are hard to heat properly — it was cold in the living room/dining room despite turning on the heating elements.

Fully equiped. Clean and quiet. Has a park in front.

Some renovation may be needed in the near future.

a good place to stay but disappointed in the end

ideally situated for Disneyland. Beautiful rooms with equipment to suit our needs. Would use again if fault was sorted.

Electrics not working in cooker / microwave which meant us adjusting our plans with regards eating having to overspend our budget

Good stay but overpriced for what offered!

The neighbour complained that they could hear us through the floor. The floor whilst looking nice was very noisy and creaked a lot. Perhaps a carpet might help. Towels were limited and very small (not bath size)! There is only one very small wardrobe for three bedrooms and no other hanging space.

Despite all the troubles we would come back again.

Really big apartment for a reasonable price. Ultrafast WiFi. Cable TV with a lot of programs. Contactless check-in, but not quite easy for everyone. (3 different codes + standard keys)

The apartment was already very worn and not well maintained, the photos no longer fully correspond to the reality, the beds were quite small, some lights and sockets did not work, the kitchen equipment might have been complete at some time in the past, but now, for example, glasses for all guests and many details were missing. Some place to store clothes and hangers were missing as well. It must be very hot inside in the summer. (no A/C)
