Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Es war mal wieder schön, wie zuhause empfangen zu werden. Super nett und hilfsbereit, wie bereits von uns bekannt. Großes Zimmer mit zusätzlichem Couch und Küchenzeile nur 5-10 Minuten Fußweg von der U-Bahn Station Andrews und nicht mal 3 Minuten Fußweg vom Mall entfernt. Auch verkehrstechnisch optimal Richtung Flughafen gelegen. Sauber und mit gutem amerikanischen Frühstück. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Es könnte für Handtücher / Badetücher noch hier und da ein Hacken in Bad geben. Ansonsten absolut nichts zu bemängeln. Top!

An excellent short stay

It was an emergency booking as Southwest cancelled our flight to Oakland, and we needed a hotel close to the airport as we were rebooked on a 5 am. flight the following morning. Everything is cool about the hotel though we weren't unable to stay to enjoy their free breakfast.

It was unimpressive and disappointing.

The Breakfast buffet was good except that the milk was under lock and key so you couldn't have the cereal there

The dining area was dirty and sticky. All the tables and floors were sticky where the paper napkins got stuck to the surfaces they touched. The room toilet didn't flush properly. The bathroom vent was just decorative and did not work. There was no hot water in either sink so we had to wash dishes in the shower. We were charged a $25 service charge per day to park on the premises that was not disclosed before we came.

Great spot and good family facility, not to far from downtown Boston

It's in a fairly good spot, short distance to public transport and to a nice shopping area with good for value stores. I liked the easiness and calmness in the hotel and the area around the hotel. I felt I was visiting the "real" Boston in this location and still just minutes from the buzzing downtown.

Would have liked a bit bigger facility during breakfast, but it was never too crowded.

Great stay

This hotel is one of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed in! The staff were extremely nice and answered any question we had. The workout facility is excellent.

When filtered in booking.com for indoor pool, it came up in the list. However, it does not have one in case that happens to anyone else!

It was and ok stay but I wouldn’t stay again

Morning staff helped out a great bit , I loved where the room was placed and that they got me in when I needed Too

There we no trash bags in the bathroom trash , the night staff and security was rude and just annoying I left early b4 my time to leave because of those reasons

Take review seriously and make changes.

Breakfast was terrible compare to Holiday Inn across from them. The only good thing was location but then again, parking

Same breakfast everyday. I had to beg for change of towels and when they do, it's only 1pcs for the next 2days for 2 people. Ripped blinds, ded light bulbs. They reused my bedsheets and never clean the floor nor bathroom. The television had very limited channels and very unfriendly tv remote The list goes on. I am very disappointed to think this is Hilton...SAD!

Muy buena y sin duda recomendable.

Todo fue perfecto durante nuestra estadia. Si bien no esta en el centro de la ciudad es muy facil de llegar ya que esta como a 5 minutos de una estacion de Metro (Andrew). El personal muy amable y el hotel con muy buenas instalaciones. 100% recomendado.

Did the job but wouldn't go back.

Rooms were big with comfy beds. Kitchen area handy although they should invest in real kettles. Good TV handy with kids in the room.

Breakfast was terrible. Cold water and coffees. Waffles tasted horrible. If you're travelling from Europe you'll be disappointed with the selection. The toilet in the room kept blocking. The water heater thing was useless. Buy kettles!! Bed covers cold. Again if you're European no proper duvets which you need in December. I asked if there were any tea bags left at breakfast and was told no. Thanks!

Very good

The room was really well equipped, spacious and clean. The breakfast was fine, and the staff were helpful and friendly. We could hear the TV from the room next door playing a movie quite loudly at 4am, and the sensor light in the bedroom switched on every time the kids stirred. The kitchen sink also leaked through to the floor. But overall this was a comfortable secure stay.

clean facilities, great amenties in room. full kitchen and fridge, great coffee available all day a huge bonus.

friday night noise from vehicle, fighting, and believe shots fired at one point at 4am - although realize this may not be a controllable factor for the hotel $20 charge for parking (US) per day, to park across the street or in a shared parking lot behind the hotel. For which there wasn't even a paved path if you parked in the shared one to get back across the grass to the hotel.

Brand new building with great level of cleanliness.

The amount of waste generated by the breakfast. Washable cutlery would be appreciated when the hotel claims to be green and justify (rightly) the room mangement ;)
