This hotel was a nightmare. They charge over 500€ for a room that isn't even worth 100€! I wish I could share images

This hotel was a nightmare. They charge over 500€ for a room that isn't even worth 100€! I wish I could share images to show the poor quality. The walls were dirty, the wooden beams were half-detached, the cabinets had scratches and graffiti, and the price tag was still on the sink. The bathroom was so tiny that you couldn't even turn around. I've never seen such a small bathroom in a so-called top hotel. The corners were filthy, and the room was advertised as 75 square meters, but it was barely 12 square meters. The furnishings were the cheapest possible. Upon arrival, I was told that the pool and beach were not part of the hotel but belonged to the neighboring hotel, and we would have to pay extra to use them. After complaining, we were allowed to use these areas. The hotel has no reception; there is just one lady to greet you and assist. After checking in, I wanted to leave immediately and get a refund. Of course, they refused to give my money back. I caused such a fuss that they eventually gave me 200€ in cash, which doesn't make up for the experience. The reviews cannot be real. After thorough research, I found reviews on Instagram and other platforms that describe the same issues. Some people have lost thousands of Euros! The owner is apparently in Bali, just trying to make quick money, knowing people will leave the hotel. I'm very disappointed that Booking.com hasn't verified this hotel; it's a scam. Please do not book this hotel and avoid making the same mistake!

Super friendly host , perfect loc , luxury villa , good view , very nice beach

House was just PERFECT , especially our host Ms Shebnem was amazing person she helped us A LOT ! Everything was clean and view was stunning .

I havent seen sucu a good HOST nowhere she just helped us a lot about everything :)

Мы брали виллу без завтрака. Готовили сами и ездили по ресторанчикам местным. Обязательно нужна машина. Вилла просторная, чистая, комфортная, с потрясающим видом.

Покусали сильно комары. Обязательно нужны средства для защиты.

It’s was like dream ,5 days pass like 1 day.

Location is excellent, view is amazing , size of the villa is very good, swimming pool is fantastic. The beach is very very nice and the restaurant is amazing.

worst experience don’t make a mistake like me and book this hotel

worst experience I’ve had and a waste of money, there is no gym, there is no spa, there is no front desk and there is no pool the pool you see on the picture is not for the hotel it’s for a different hotel, and the villa was very dirty and lots of bugs.

Amazing property with dream like views and great hosts

The complex is right by the ocean and every where you turn you have the maginifient sea view. The apartment is decorated with elegance and style. I told them I want to live there lol. It is also very close to Yalikavak Marina where you can find high end restaurants, luxury shops and supermarket, old town center with mini shops etc. Cigdem the manager was super nice she took care of all my needs booked me cabs when I needed, hooked me up with a local beauty salon. I am definitely going back for a longer vacation.

luxury and outstanding resort

big villa and very clean - you have parking - the swimming pool and tanning area is outstanding - very luxury . the manager Cigdem was very helpful. she did an upgrade for us from one bed room villa to 3 bed room villa . she was very helpful to bring an Uber for us every time we ask for . even fine dining restaurant she did every booking for us .
