“Casa Paraiso" offers a 5 bedroom, 4 bath house .
The floor plan has a King Master Suite on the second floor along with another queen bedroom, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining area and living room area with a 65 inch Smart TV.
The kitchen is well equipped with all new major appliances . The kitchen also has 2 coffee makers including a Keurig. .
The third floor offers 3 bedrooms including another King Master Suite, 1 Queen bedroom and the Kids room with a bunk bed (full on bottom, twin on top) a separate twin and trundle bed, 2 bathrooms and a large living room area with a 65 inch Smart TV.
The house is surrounded with 1500 sq feet of covered deck with dining and seating options to enjoy beautiful views of the sound and the gulf and refresh and enjoy the cool sea breeze. One of the living rooms has a new leather sectional sofa with many seating options and power reclining to enjoy a relaxing Movie time with your family and friends.On the ground floor, you can choose to lounge around a back garden paradise in the private gunite pool (heated during cooler months for a fee) and BBQ area where you can enjoy a delicious BBQ of your fresh catch of the day at the Pier or another meat of your choice.

Spacious and comfortable, very well appointed. Loved that had two refrigerators for all the extra ice and water needed for trips to the beach. More than enough dishes, silverware and utensils, I wasn’t expecting that and it was very much appreciated. Definitely planning to book it again when visiting Pensacola .

This is by far the best vacation rental I’ve booked. The owners were great and very responsive. The location was perfect- easy walk down the beach path, or to the bay side. Also close to shops and restaurants. The house was perfect - clean, well appointed, and well stocked with everything you’d need. Can’t wait to come back!

House was very comfortable and close to beach and restaurants. All appliances worked well. The only reason we could not rate it higher was due to the floors being very dirty. They needed a good mopping. Unfortunately this detracted from the overall enjoyment of the stay

Thank you Rosy and Tim for everything this past week. We loved the house, the pool, and especially the location. Such a quick walk to one of our very favorite beaches in the world. We met Rosy and Dave as soon as we arrived at 3 PM check-in. They were very friendly and were available at any time if we need anything. The place is beautiful! It was clean, plenty of space for the ten family members that stayed in the house. The beach is within walking distance along with all kinds of restaurants and entertainment. We all had the best time. We cooked out on the grill and swam with plenty of seating. There are two refrigerators which was perfect for a large group. We absolutely loved it!

It was a perfect set up for a group of teenagers with a few moms to enjoy spring break. The third floor was absolutely perfect for the girls and the second floor was perfect for the moms….They had their space and we had ours!! We loved that they had two refrigerators too because one was used for water and drinks and the other was used for food, so no ice chest was necessary except for when going to the beach, which was only a five minute walk. We did run into a few issues with the smoke detectors and the pool heater, but management was quick to respond and handle. Overall we had a great time, we were walking distance to shops, close to the beach yet far enough away from the heavy spring breakers to have a peaceful stay!!!

This house was everything & more that we could ask for on our family vacation. Beautiful house, very roomy for the 10 of us adults, not a bad walk to the beach (which was beautiful & the water was cool) & great spot near all the shopping, boardwalk & dinner spots on the island. So thankful to host for answering/responding to our calls/messages. We will keep you in mind for any future stays. Thank you for everything.

Very clean and nice beach house. We met Tim when we got to Penscola and he made sure everything was as it should be for our friends vacation stay at their beautiful beach house and he also gave us a list of some outstanding places to eat. Within walking distance to a lot of places which we enjoyed as well as a short walk to the beautiful beach. Highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be staying again in the future.

Property was clean and very convenient to the beach and lots of eating places. We recommend this place to stay. Only thing missing is a lift or something if your not able to do stairs.

We were a family of 13 and loved this property. The beach was walking distance from the house and there was plenty of space inside and out to accommodate our family. Management was awesome as they took time out to welcome us and checked in to see if we needed anything else. I highly recommend staying here for large groups. Overall it was a great vacation and we look forward to all our future stays with Rosy and Tim!

Great hosts! Communication was excellent and prompt. House was clean and photos are accurate. It's nicely decorated. Amenities are some of the nicest we have experienced among other rentals we have used. I was surprised by the number of dishes, definitely one of the best kitchens we have ever used. The house was perfect for our multi-family spring break getaway from cold Wisconsin. We had 6 adults and 9 kids but never felt like we were cramped.
The kids bunk room worked great for us. The beds are firm but comfortable; the towels are thick and good quality.
Location of the house has its pros and cons. It's on the main road which was fantastic for walking to restaurants and shops, super close and easy walk to the beach. The con- if you are not used to city noise the flow of traffic could be hard but we are city people so the sound of cars driving by was not an issue. The backyard/pool area was amazing. Plenty of tables and chairs by the pool. Lots of seating on the balconies also. The kids loved the picnic tables and plenty of comfortable seating on the same level for the adults. The best part...you can see bits of the sound and the ocean from the house.
I fell in love with the Pensicola Beach area and this is my second trip down in less than a year. I will be back and if it is with a group I will definitely stay here again.

The pool deck is wonderful for entertaining and the proximity to the beach is so simple and perfect! The owners called me personally to welcome me and my family- they are very nice people and we truly had a wonderful time! My only suggestion, is to offer more amenities for the guests. We were not supplied with any beach towels, sand toys, boogie boards, etc. There are only a few beach chairs, which some are not in the best condition. You are only supplied with 1 kitchen towel, 1 toilet paper roll, 1 paper towel, and 2 tabs of dishwasher soap. Everything else such as garbage bags, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher soap, spices, Tupperware, baggies, disinfectant spray, etc. is all at your cost. Again, everything was wonderful- but when you require a 5 night minimum and pay a premium price, I was hoping for a little more convenience towards those amenities and not the extra cost or having to be wasteful or packing them all home. In the end, thanks for a wonderful stay and letting use your home!
