Fittingly, it’s also home to the PGA Korn Ferry Tour LeCom Classic pro tournament each year.

Home in Paradise – Did I mention it’s BRAND NEW? You’ll surely enjoy our coastal-style condo, fully outfitted with everything you need for a relaxing visit. Enter into a luxurious kitchen with all white cabinets, marble-look quartz counters, and stainless steel appliances. Just beyond, the nicely appointed dining room and living room (with 65” 4K Smart TV) are open to the kitchen so you have a fantastic view to the lake and part of the golf course, not to mention the screened-in lanai seating area, which is great for relaxing anytime.
The Master bedroom has its own view of the lake and golf course, and is outfitted with a king size, hotel-quality mattress, 50” 4K Smart TV, two walk-in closets and an en-suite bath complete with quartz counter tops and a large walk-in tiled shower. The Guest bedroom is outfitted with a queen bed, nightstands and a separate dresser to store your personal belongings. (A rollaway bed is also on hand for that extra 5th guest.) Need a tub? The second full bath (next to the guest bedroom) has a tub/shower combo, and includes the very convenient in-unit, full sized washer and dryer set.
There will be a transfer fee of $642.00 if the guests want to have all the amenities transferred which will include a golf membership to you, for the entire length of their stay. There is a charge per round per person of $75 for 18 holes and $45 for 9 holes each time you want to play.
