Très joli hôtel de charme à Corfou ville

Magnifique hôtel avec de très belles chambres spacieuses et très confortables , literie impeccable , personnel adorable , souriant , accueillant . Très jolie terrasse où on prend un très bon petit déjeuner . Très pratique car il n est pas loin de l aeroport . Tres joli environnement avec plein de restaurants et cafés face à la mer et pas loin à pieds du centre de Corfou ville . À recommander !

La chambre du Rez de chaussée qui est près de la réception est un peu bruyante .

Beautiful Boutique Stay

wonderful staff. Especially Dimitri, got red carport service. all of the staff were brilliant. breakfast was delicious. they served really good cocktails. i now have a special merlín KumQuat Gin on my list. Owner was very kind had the cutest Dog. i got a real home feel from Acanthus. will definitely stay here again if i return to Corfu. room facilities were exceptional. very spacious. special breakfast and the best homemade jam i’ve ever had.

closes off season would have been a go to destination for the winter. but everything else was fantastic

Excellent boutique hotel a 10-15 minute walk from the heart of the Old Town.

The staff were fantastic, and nothing was too much trouble. I had an early check in, and they let 3 of my family members leave their bags in my room for a few hours before they went to the airport, and accommodated us all for coffee. Breakfast was delicious. It was a shame they don't serve lunch, but there was a café 100m from the hotel. I had a late check out, and they arranged my taxi to the airport, with a complimentary tea and biscuit while I waited for the taxi.

A boutique hotel in the best sense; a real home away from home with style and warmth.

The hotel is the perfect base for a visit to Corfu. A short and pleasant walk from the busy old town, it’s comfortable, quiet, stylish and above all friendly. The staff are wonderful - Dimitros and Strados looked after us brilliantly and Alexandra made the delicious breakfasts a real treat. It’s a small hotel - only 8 rooms - so almost like staying in someone’s home.

Not much to dislike to be honest. The restaurant had closed for the season by the time we visited (mid October) so we could not try that.

Antique Chic!

The staff, the breakfast (cooked on demand), the interior design, 24/7 reception, robes provided. We were given a fresh bottle of water every day and on the 2nd morning we had to leave early so they packed us some rolls to take with us.

We had a garden view room but screens with painted gardens hid the garden view from sight, most likely for our privacy, but had we known this we would have paid a little more and got a different room.

Fantastic staff, rooms, location, and breakfast.

This hotel is amazing! It is located around 15 minutes walking (!) from the airport and about 17 minutes walk from the old town. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. The person at the reception was particularly welcoming, smiling, and helpful. What we liked the most was the breakfast. We would 100% recommend this hotel to ANYONE going to Corfu town.

Beautiful hotel but with thin walls

Very beautiful, stylish and cozy hotel, nice terrace with a shade in a backyard. Breakfast was also very good and staff friendly.

There were water pipes going through our room and we could hear every time someone took a shower... It was so loud that it woken us up at 5am in the morning

A beautiful boutique hotel in a great location

We loved everything about this hotel. First and foremost the staff were so warm and welcoming. We were greeted with cold water each time we walked into the hotel (it was exceptionally hot) and they were happy to help us with organising tours and activities. A special thanks to Dimitris and Stratos who manned the desk and who treated us like family, as did all the staff. The hotel was beautifully decorated, with a lovely sitting area/bar in the lobby and a beautiful garden out the back which was where we had breakfast prepared by the lovely Alexandra each morning, and where meals were served. The room was tastefully decorated, very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We had a beautiful dinner cooked by chef Themis on our first night and ended up eating there again on our last. The house made olive paste and dips served with warm bread were delicious, and the talagani cheese served with a fig paste was divine. The octopus carpaccio and the beetroot salad were also standouts. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel which has been one of the best we have stayed in.

Exceptional

Beautiful Hotel, with exquisite interior design and a very comfortable bed. The location is great, short work to Korfu old town and 5 minutes drive to the airport, but it's still a very tranquil and relaxing atmosphere as soon as you get into the hotel. All the staff was very attentive and professional. The hotel has a beautiful back garden were you can have dinner (highly recommended) and the tasty breakfast is served in the morning. We enjoyed our stay and would come back for sure. Thank you.

Beautiful hotel, friendly and very warm people, perfect location

Firstly i cannot say this enough, the staff is very friendly and make sure you fell comfortable. Thank you Stratos, Dimitris, and everyone in the Acanthus team. Hotel is very beautiful and every small detail is crafted really well. Rooms are modern, air conditioned and very clean with an amazing shower. Wonderful freshly cooked breakfast, delicious eggs done the way you like with nice coffee and juice in the backyard. We also had dinner at the hotel on a jazz evening, this was really cozy, highly recommended. Perfect location with main attractions at a walking distance. A few meters from the sea, 10 mins to a beach, 15 mins to the old down and 10 mins from the airport with a bus stop a few meters from the hotel. Would definitely recommend and visit again! One the best hotel experiences we’ve had.

We highly recommend this delightful boutique hotel and will certainly stay again in the future.

Room, bed and bathroom all immaculate and all mod cons. lovely toiletries. Bed and pillows extremely comfortable. Staff extremely polite and professional. Due to a delay at Gatwick we were too late for Dinner, but saw the menu and were sorry we’d missed it! Breakfast in the delightful courtyard was delicious. Beautifully decorated with wonderful blown glass lights everywhere, apparently made by the owner.

simply wonderful.

A perfect combination of comfort and elegance. The attached to detail throughout the hotel and the staffs was exceptional. A beautifully restored piece of history with all the upscale comforts. A real home away from home with the most delicious breakfast!
