Pierre is a very nice host, answered all our questions promptly. We arrived late at night due to a heavy traffic, but it was not an issue to him. We did not meet him in person, which is a pity, but I must tell he won a lottery with Florence and her partner, who was helping us during the whole stay and was very nice to us. The appt is as it looks at pictures, cosy and light but surprisingly not too warm even in high july (there is no AC there, but we did not need any actually). However we needed to keep the windows opened which was a bit problematic as there are hundreds of mosquitos all around and there are no nets in the windows (act.there is one in the bedroom but unfortunatelly broken at the time). So just be aware of it and bring enough repellent). It has no outdoor area where to sit and relax, but there is a big window right at the kitchen table with a breathtaking view of Collioure fortress and the sea which we loved. The house is surrounding by trees and flowers and behind the house there is a green space that can be used to dry laundry. Right behind the house there is a railway so be aware trains make quite a noise especially in the morning, but they are not too often. Concerning facilities we had everything we needed and even more (dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker etc). The only thing I missed was maybe a little something to start with in the fridge (often offered by owners)-as we come late with nothing, we would have appreciate a

Appartement proche centre, parking assuré. Attention cependant car exposé plein nord et sans balcon. Ligne de train à 12,50 m de la chambre (plein sud sur terrain vague) . Jolie cuisine bien équipée, TV format écran d’ordinateur.. beaucoup d’escaliers pour des jeunes enfants avec poussette. Lave linge mais pas de fer ni table à repasser.

excellent séjour car location conforme , agréable , joliment décorée et très bien aménagée , très bien située et le parking est un plus car on peut tout faire a pied dans collioure. Le train ( en arrière de la résidence ) n est pas dérangeant.La chance d'avoir aussi le temps et la temperature de l'eau très favorable bien qu'en arrière saison. Bonne adresse.

This unit is especially good for a couple or family that wants basic lodging within easy walking distance of a beach. Met our criteria as a couple for value lodging for a 3-night stay in Collioure: - LOCATION: 5 min walk to waterfront and nearest restaurants; 15 min walk to old town with many restaurants. - CLOTHES WASHER. We brought our own liquid laundry detergent. - KITCHEN. (Though we ended up not using it.) - PARKING. Unassigned, but plenty available. We parked in front of apt building. Basic room furnishings. We slept in the twin beds in the bedroom; clean sheets are in the armoire for making up the beds. Along with liquid laundry detergent, we brought our own soap/shampoo. Basic towels of various sizes were provided. The unit met our modest expectations. Upon arrival, before your greeter leaves you may want to ensure you know how to use the washing machine, ensure you know the WiFi network and password, learn the location of the outside trash / recycle receptacles.

L'adresse n'était pas précise mais Pierre a dû la modifier. Le parking pour la voiture n'est pas une place réservée comme on pourrait le penser par rapport aux photos de l'annonce. L'appartement n'est pas équipé de climatisation ; il y fait quand même vite chaud. Florence nous a très bien accueillis.

Appartement très agréable , très fonctionnel et lumineux . Très appréciable de pouvoir garer la voiture sans problème . Le train passe à proximité mais ce n est pas dérangeant car il n y en a pas la nuit … le centre de collioure est à 2 pas à pieds …. L'appartement est très agréable, lumineux et spacieux, avec une belle vue. Très bien équipé et entretenu, rien ne manque et tout est fait pour qu'on s'y sente bien. La plage et les petits commerces à 3 mn à pied, le centre de Collioure à 15 mn à pied en longeant le bord de mer, on peut très facilement se passer de voiture et éviter les problèmes de stationnement. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le calme de la résidence, la facilité pour s'y garer et le beauté de la nature environnante. Idéal pour se ressourcer !

Un appartement au calme superbement aménagé avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un agréable séjour. Situé dans une résidence sécurisée, avec parking. La voie ferrée passe à proximité mais ce n'est pas dérangeant. Et la personne qui nous a accueillie était très disponible, serviable et aimable. Si nous revenons sur Collioure nous le louerons à nouveau volontiers.

Appartement grand , propre et bien équipé situé dans une copropriété sécurisé avec gardien et barrière facilité de garer le véhicule. Proximité (50 m ) sur l'arrière de la voie de chemin de fer qui traverse Collioure premier train a 5H30 le matin mais heureusement pas la nuit, difficile de ne pas être réveiller .

Deze vakantiewoning heeft alles erop en eraan, met als extra toetje een zeer mooi uitzicht op het kasteel, de molen en de toren. De residentie bevindt zich enkele honderden meters van strand, zee en winkels en je bent zo meteen ook de bergen en de natuur in. De eigenaars zijn vriendelijke mensen en stellen alles in het werk om het jou naar je zin te maken. Een aanrader!

Calme et agréable !

Résidence calme et verdoyante, appartement assez frais (traversant), propre et joliment décoré, en toute simplicité. Cuisine bien équipée et fonctionnelle. Bonne literie. Un peu à l'écart du centre, mais pas loin de la plage ni du château. Cadre reposant. Très bon séjour ! Le propriétaire et la personne qui vous accueille sur place, très sympahtiques. Et Collioure est magnifique ; ambiance estivale et médiévale ;-) ! Le bus dessert les plus belles plages : on vous conseille celles des Paulilles, magnifique. Sentier littoral jusqu'à Cerber au moins, avec des belles criques pour se baigner : superbe... A conseiller aussi, la réserve naturelle marine entre Banuyls et Cerber, à faire avec les palmes et tubas.
