Great location and new enough but eve

Very well located if you're headed to the Avenir Centre! Could not ask for a better spot.

Parking is expensive. We'd asked for an early check-in but were instead told our room wouldn't be available even by normal check-in time.

I did not like having to pay for parking. It is their lot, it’s not like it is street parking. That is just greed. Next time, I will go to a place with parking included.

Good location for the Avenir Center.

Ideal location for Lasik surgery on Main St.

Listings on TV were not correct. So we had no idea what programs were available. Coffee pods were stale. Parking should have been free as the gates were not operational.

Would stay there again.

Good front desk staff, great location especially if you're there for the Avenir centre. Restaurant was pretty good.

MY room on ground floor was beautiful and nice size but quite loud on the street side and because of lots of movement in hallways due to location.

A decent recently built chain hotel.

Good downtown location easy walking distance to restaurants and waterfront. On-site restaurant was reasonable. Breakfast was a good price with good service. Seating came with lumbar supports which is unusual.

Paying for daily parking. A chain this large should provide free secure parking. The bathroom fan did not work. No glassware for drinking water etc. just two paper cups. Restaurant was not open for lunch on Mondays. Room door slammed when closing and was difficult to open, very stiff closer.

Check in was friendly and efficient. In room safe. Self service laundry.

Incompetence by service staff. No cleaning during three nights stay. Slamming doors almost constantly. Noise from street.

Rude man at desk and expensive parking, otherwise fine stay.

The hotel itself was fine. Moncton is small so the location is irrelevant. The bed was comfortable.

Upon arriving at the hotel, the man at the front desk didn't look at me or acknowledge me for 2 full minutes while he spoke with another staff member. I wouldn't have given it a second thought if he simply made eye contact and said "just a moment" or something, but instead, just ignored me. Once he finally spoke to me I asked where I could park and he said it was an extra $12 to park which feels ridiculous for such an already expensive hotel room.

Noisy neighbors.

Good location. Newer hotel.comfortable.

Neighbors were up until 2am. Music and loud talking. Staff advised these guests 2x to be quiet. Not resolved. I had to knock on their door at 2am. Resulted in stopping noise. At 5 am it started again.

Not a peaceful place to sleep.

The walls were not sound proof and the neighbours could be heard on all sides. Very noisy. Noise Complaints weren’t fully addressed .

I didn’t like being placed next to noisy neighbours .

Clean but totally disappointing

They told me it wasn’t included

No in room movie rental, asked for something at the front desk which they said they would look for, and the staff never called back. Was disappointed no breakfast served after 10 am.

didnt eat breakfast but the restaurant food was really good and the macaroons!

We stayed for three night always came in to make bed, take garbage and refill the towels but the shampoo nor body soap dispensers was refilled the whole time there so that was a let down. Also while swimming in the pool one of the staff kept coming in to vacuum the water on the floor i get it may be safety reasons but it was a lot and hard to hear with it going and trying to watch my kids swim he was go around my feet 6 times and i felt i was in the way so that was not such a great experince.

Outside of the additional charge the stay was great. The staff was very friendly and professional

The location was terrific. It was within walking distance to many restaurants and shops which was the main reason I chose The Hilton Garden Inn.

I didn't like the extra charge for parking. There was no mention of that charge until I get there. That would have influenced my decision to stay there had I know it ahead of time.

paying $12 to park was unnecessary , they did forget to make up my room one day but were very accommodating when told
