Amazing stay immersed in lush garden.
The garden is amazingly lush and well kept, and the pool is very spacious and clean. The villa is very quiet and yet situated right in the middle of Modica. The 2 apartments we rented were both well furnished and well supplied with kitchen utensils and bathroom towels. Water in showers had good pressure and it was easy to regulate the temperature. Air-conditioning and ceiling fans kept us cool during the August heat. We were lucky that the other two apartments were not rented out during our stay so we were the only guests on the property, which of course allowed us a more quiet and serene experience at the villa. Parking inside the villa grounds was ample and very close to the apartments. Our hosts were polite and quiet and checked that we had everything we needed.
It would have been nice to find at least one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom as we had to immediately go out to buy some when we arrived at the property. Also dish soap and hand soap would have been helpful to find on arrival. WiFi strength was very poor inside the apartments and no connectivity once you step outside. But other than these small details there is nothing negative to comment about it.

Lovely pool setting
Lovely pool in large garden. Covered outdoor dining space was great for warm days/evenings. Rustic charm in the two bedroom apartment we rented.
No air conditioning and only a fan in the master bedroom, so kitchen/sitting room and other bedrooms were quite warm. Beds not great.
