The condo was wonderful! It was very clean when we arrived and had everything we needed! All the kitchen things were there down to soap, trash bags, ziplocs etc. The condo is very close to the pool. Lots of restaurant options near by and close to the best beach for kids on the island. We would definitely stay there again if we're back in Kauai.

Pili Mai 10B is a beautifully furnished 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath condo. I don't think there was anything that we needed that was not provided. It was very clean and most comfortable. The golf course view was so peaceful and the location was very close to the beach and not too far from Old Town Koloa! The swimming pool was beautiful and quite refreshing after a hot day of sightseeing...
My only negative would be that the A/C seemed to have been turned off in the morning of our check out. It got very warm and uncomfortable as we were packing.
Other than that, it was a perfect place to stay.

The condo was wonderful for our family. There were 8 of us and we had plenty of room for everyone. It had a beautiful view of the golf course and was within easy walking distance to Poipu Village shopping center and the beach. The only negative was the cabinet door in the master bath was missing a hinge so it was hanging by one hinge. We would certainly stay here again. Be prepared for the roosters to wake you up in the morning.

Our Family spent a week at the property. There were 7 of us, and more than enough space for us all. Great location!! We took advantage of the pool and spa which were a hop, skip, and jump away. Our only complaints were that the pool closed at 9p, and the dryer in the unit did not do a very good job drying our clothes. Other than that we had an excellent stay, and would definitely stay again.

This was a beautiful house in a great location. They had so many dishes, pots and pans, glasses etc that you could ever need. Having three beds and three bathrooms was amazing - no one had to wait for the rest of the family. When we arrived the code didn’t work. However, the canister with utensils on the counter was filled with ants and the other canister had dirty utensils. The vents were filled with dust and kicked up our allergies but other than that, it was a great stay.

PiliMai at Poipu 10B was perfect for our family. We were 5 adults and a 2 & 5 year old. The place was plenty big. The kitchen is completely stocked with everything needed to cook and serve. We ate breakfast at the deck table everyday and dinner in two nights. The pool is perfect especially for the kids. Poipu beach is also kid friendly. I would happily stay here again. Merrimans, Brennecke and the Koloa Rum Train/tasting were highlights.

Pili Mai was an excellent location and our 8-day stay at 2B was very enjoyable. The condo was extremely clean and was sufficiently large for our group of 8.
Our property manager was very prompt in all responses and we were especially grateful to them when our initial travel plans changed, requiring us to change our check-in date. They were extremely flexible and accomodating when we encountered flight changes beyond our control.
Overall this property is a 5 out of 5 and we would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful location to watch the golf course and the sunset. Very spacious for our family of six. My only complaints were the hot water running out after one shower as well as the bottom bedroom smelling like urine. I am guessing it’s because the closet had all the baby stuff in there.

This condo was perfect for our vacation! Our family of 4 (myself, husband, and two teen sons) as well as my parents and close family friends had a fabulous time. The condo was equipped with everything we needed (coffee pot, toaster, blender, washer and dryer, etc) and was so clean and beautiful! Loved walking to Eden Coffee and Living Foods each morning. We had a wonderful stay at Pili Mai 10B. This condo was so spacious, with ample room for all 7 of us, and was very well equipped. There was everything we needed and more. We really enjoyed the beach chairs and toys, and our 4 year old especially enjoyed the sand toys and boogie boards! Also, the large beach bag came in very handy!
The pool area was a great spot to lounge, and our 4 year old loved swimming in both the large pool and the little wading pool.
The kitchen was equipped with everything we could have needed to prepare some great meals, and the lanai was a perfect place to enjoy them. Great views and stunning sunsets.
The location was good, quite central with shops and restaurants within walking distance. The beach was also within walking distance, although we preferred to drive as we took beach equipment with us. Only downfall was walking at night, as it was pretty dark. The complex itself could use a little more lighting in the common areas, and walking down to get to Poipu Shopping Village was dark in the evenings. Definitely helpful to have a flashlight!
Overall an excellent stay, and a wonderful condo. We would definitely return.

We had a group of 8 stay for 8 nights and we all really enjoyed our time! Great location for the beaches, and a short walk to lots of shops and restaurants. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook and the beach accessories were an awesome added bonus! The house was clean, spacious and homey. Mornings and evenings on the lanai were our groups favorite way to relax at the house. The complex is quiet (minus the roosters) and convenient for our many excursions.

Upstairs air conditioning wasn’t working when we arrived but they were able to fix it within a few days when AC guy was available. Would recommend staying here.

The location was convenient for our daily excursions. Having the pool and hot tub so close to our location was a bonus. We appreciated being able to walk to Poipu Beach from the condo also. The condo was just as described and was clean. We would highly recommend this condo to a friend. We especially enjoyed seeing the green sea turtles and monk seals at Poipu Beach. We explored every part of the island and enjoyed everything that we saw and did. It was helpful that there were brochures in a notebook in the condo to give us information about the island. Although we didn't need to contact the manager for anything it was nice that they texted us to touch base without being annoying. We would all love to come back and stay in this condo again!

We had a great time, the property location was fantastic! The unit is gorgeous and has amazing sunsets over the golf course view. We had 7 people and everyone had plenty of room. We had a few small hiccups, property management took care of the issues immediately! My only flaw that I found with the unit was the beds/mattresses were too firm. A memory foam mattress topper or some other topper would have been perfect. For me it was really difficult sleeping on. We loved having the beach chairs, boards, cooler, available in the garage for us to use! The unit is walking distance ( not with beach stuff ), just for a nice walk to Poipu beach park! Lots of turtles and saw a few seals there! Will look into this unit again when we come back to the island.

We stayed in Kauai for a family trip. The place is spacious for five adults and a toddler. We loved the four bedrooms and appreciated having use of the pack-and-play and high chair. The location is convenient, with the beach, shopping center and dining within walking distance. The lanai is a wonderful spot for dining and to watch the sunset and the roosters. We enjoyed going to the pool often. The kitchen is beautiful and well-stocked, but as addressed in other reviews, it still would be nice to have some of the basic cooking items in the kitchen such as oil, spices and sugar, instead of having to buy more than is needed for your stay. Aside from that, the condo was well-equipped with beach towels, shampoo, conditioner and soap. We also used the barbecue once, which is a nice feature. Both the primary bedroom and second bedroom had great layouts with walk-in closets. The upstairs AC is very loud. The fan in the upstairs bathroom did not work. The upper area had some dust and garbage under the beds and was not as clean as the main level.
The property manager answered any questions we had before our trip. We received several instructions by text and email. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and had a great trip. I would give the place a 4.5 rating.

This condo is a great home away from home. There was more than enough space for 6 adults to spread out and have spaces of our own. I particularly enjoyed the number of bathrooms (3.5) for the 4 bedroom condo. We had an issue with the door keypad, but were promptly helped (even on Thanksgiving!). On the last day we were there, it absolutely poured. We were able to entertain ourselves with the puzzles and games in the condo. Would definitely stay here again!

Seven of us stayed in this very accommodating and well appointed home for two glorious weeks full of fun. The rooms were comfy and there was plenty of space for us all. We loved eating breakfast on the lanai overlooking the golf course and could see ocean in the distance. The pool was enjoyable and beach, stores and restaurants were a short distance away.
