Waterscape's B402 has a wonderful view of the Gulf of Mexico. Beautifully decorated in a tropical theme with soothing blues, greens, and earthy brown tones this unit compliments the resort and its surroundings. The unit has an open floor plan that leads to a private spacious patio with outdoor furniture. The condo's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area has a large table. This beautiful home offers a twin bunk area for extra accommodations. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, TV, and DVD player. There is a full bath located off the main hallway near the bunk alcove. The primary bedroom features a king bed, private bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, private bath, TV, and DVD player. The third bedroom offers a queen bed, TV, and DVD player. There is a separate laundry room equipped with a stackable washer/dryer for your convenience.

My family and I have never stayed at Waterscape so we decided to give it a shot and we are SO glad that we did! This condo blew us away. It is so spacious with incredible gulf views as well as views of the pools/water area! The balcony was so big and private and the rooms were amazing. Couldn't recommend this place more and we can't wait to come back! (:

Beautiful condo with fantastic amenities! Heated pool and unheated pool plus lazy river. Right on beach and just minutes from the Boardwalk and great restaurants. Check in process was all done thru text and couldn’t have been easier!

View was amazing and beautiful every morning. Vacasa waterscape is perfect family friendly place. My son loved that we could go to the pool water park area and the beach every day. Also waterscape is located with in walking distance to so many restaurants and attractions.

The resort amenities were very nice however the condo could use some updates. The carpet is very dirty and coming up in places, along with the other floors being very grimy. Additionally there is no locks for any of bedroom or bathroom doors. I would stay at the resort in the future, but in a different condo.

Great for families

We loved our time here! Beautiful condo! A lot of space for everyone and each room had a tv which was a plus on our rainy day. The pools were awesome for the kids. Beautiful views and so convenient to walk down to the pool and beach. The walk was long from the parking lot but we liked that the parking was covered and we would rather we closer to the beach anyways. So we didn’t mind it! The balcony was huge and we enjoyed sitting out their with the view of the beach and pool. We liked the location and could walk to the pier and restaurants. We would love to come back to this unit again!

Beautiful getaway

Very spacious as I was able to comfortably house 4 adults and 2 kids. The view was breathtaking and Waterscape provided access to pool and beach chairs. Only drawbacks - parking is far from the B building and the lazy river was closed. All in all you won’t go wrong with renting this beautiful condo.

Perfect location, both beach and pool view! Unit has been remodeled and the kitchen is stunning. Love all the pretty beach colors and the new flooring. The chairs on the deck are great also. The only suggestion I would have is to maybe supply additional bedding in the closet. The comforters are really just light blankets and it got a little cold, (December) and it would’ve been nice to have an extra blanket or 2 if needed. . But that is so minor. Really this condo is amazing. This was our 5th stay at Waterscape and first time in this unit, but we will definitely rent this one again!!

We absolutely loved our stay. We have stayed there before and enjoyed it. We got a bigger condo this time and it was wonderful. We love the pool, lazy river, and quick access to the beach. The condo was very clean and accommodated our family just perfect. It is in a great location. We will be back to make great memories!

It’s ok, I miss Wyndham.

The amenities and luxury feel of the condo (B402) are what have always attracted us. Overall, it just doesn’t have the same vibe as it did when it was Wyndham. It appears that they’ve remodeled some, but didn’t finish what they started. The biggest bathroom still has the holes in the wall from the old towel rack. We like to book the next year when we leave, but I think we will look for other options. We also liked how Wyndham would let us book with a down payment, then pay all year. Vacasa doesn’t. They also used to have things for the kids each night, there wasn’t anything like that this time. Waterscape was once a must stay for us, a little luxury we snuck in once a year, but it’s just a condo anymore. Not to mention, the price since Vacasa has taken over has doubled.

Beautiful unit, great facilities! Our first time here but we are already wanting to come back to this exact unit! Close enough to the beach we didn’t hear much pool noise but still could get a nice view of the lazy river. Waterscape will be our new annual vacay spot. Vacasa did a great job with ease of booking, access to unit, etc. Literally the only thing that could’ve been better was the weather. We had 9 of us which two were small children. We had fun for all ages.

We loved the access to the beach, pools, lazy river and gym. We had kids of all ages and it was great. Activities during the day and fireworks were also wonderful.
