About this house rental

2 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen and open living room. Beautiful views from the front porch. Walking distance to the Square and downtown amenities. Only a few miles from the great Arkansas White River! Very well decorated and plenty of room on the porch to sit and see the beautiful surroundings and hear music coming from the square. Walk to the court square have some ice cream and head back for a relaxing night.

Stayed two nights for the music, the food and a getaway. Cabin was clean as a whistle! Basic cabin, adequate kitchen ware, two bed/two bath, walkable to town and close to Ozark folk center. Just what we needed!

I accidently reserved a cabin for the wrong dates. I immediately tried to cancel this cabin. I was told that I had to cancel through Vrbo, instead of talking to the cabin host. I promptly did this, and was told "No problem! We have our team on it. Just wait for an email." After 2 days, I received a message that I was not eliglble for a refund. I attempted to move the dates to a later time, but was unsuccessful.

Overall the property was good, just needs a little updating. But very clean. My biggest suggestion is please get some better pillows with cases or bring your own if you stay here. The pillows were paper thin and didn’t all have cases.

Enjoyed the stay! The beds were comfortable and furnishings nice. Kids loved the neighborhood cat which visited the porch daily. Short walk to the court square. Only negative was the shortage of flatware- had to make a trip to buy spoons! For a 3 day visit, could have used more towels. Overall - a great property for a family

Two couples shared for weekend of Sylamore 25/50k. Very close to race start/finish line. Comfortable, clean. Recliners are a little worn but suited us just fine. No issues during our stay.

We enjoyed our stay. It was very convenient to everything around. The property definitely needs attention. The recliners were horrible as stated in several reviews before. I gave three stars for the cleanliness of the cabin because of comfort. You couldn’t sit in the living room comfortably because of the furniture. Other than that everything else was good.

The cabin was very cute and clean . The stay was good . There were a few things that need attention - The microwave did not heat up food , one of the recliners was broken , and there was no hair dryer . The location is perfect . It’s close to the square and pickin park .

Place was great and the location was great. I would stay here again, but I wouldn't plan on making a meal. There were not any dishes to mix anything in and only one knife, and no baking pans. I have stayed in several places such as this and this was the least stocked. So if you come here, be prepared. Also, there were no phone charging places and when called and asked, the guy was a jerk. That was immediate upon arrival, so I was a bit displeased. Also, they wanted our trash put in the canister by the cabin, but is was already full and no place to put our trash. Other than that, it was great.

I was very disappointed with the cabin overall. The bathrooms were not as clean as they should have been. I had to clean the sinks and faucets before they were used. The beds were not as comfortable as the other cabins we have stayed in the surrounding cabins. It rained all one day while we were there so we had to stay in the cabin more than we would have normally. The couch is as hard as a rock, one of the recliners was broken when you tried to raise the footrest, the other recliner was broken down so you felt like you were sinking into the chair. The microwave would not turn as it was not the correct plate for it. After the rain all day and night there was water on the top of the stove and next to the coffee pot on the counter. All I can say is, Not what I expected!

Cabin was clean. Had cooking pots and skillets - was good as we cooked breakfast at the cabin. Some pillows need to be replaced as they were dirty. We had to ask for extra towels for the three days. Other than that it was a great stay.

Property was in walking distance to town of Mountain View. Ideal for Music, food and shopping. .9mi walk to Ozark Folk Center and Village, so took car as it was 90+ degrees. Would have walked if in fall or spring. Ideal for 2 or 4 people. Wouldn't change a thing.

Enjoyed our visit, peaceful quiet area close to downtown and park. Only minor things are the tv's could have been a little larger for as high as the were mounted, recliners did not recline too well, and the microwave needs upgrade (turntable didn't move)

The only hiccups to our stay were 1) the address listed on the website was not the physical address of the cabin, and 2) we were given instructions on how to unlock the door, via electronic keypad, but we had to figure out how to lock it when we started to go out the first time.
