Azure 507 is a gorgeous 1,513 sq ft 5th floor three-bedroom, three-bath condo boasting panoramic gulf-front views of the famed emerald green waters and white sandy beaches. With a king-size bed in the primary bedroom, a queen-size bed in the first guest bedroom, and lovely twin beds in the second guest bedroom, along with a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. Azure 507 also accommodates up to nine guests comfortably with an additional twin roll away bed tucked in the closet for your convenience. Upon entering, you will find both guest bedrooms on either side of the entrance, adorned with beautiful, relaxing décor, comfortable bedding, as well as a flat-screen television. The guest bedroom with the queen-size bed offers its own private bathroom, offering a single vanity with a tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom with the twin-size beds is perfect for children to relax and unwind in their own space and accessible from the hallway and also offers a single vanity with a tub/shower combination. You will find a full-size washer and dryer combination nestled near the end of the hallway, allowing you and your guests to pack lightly to leave plenty of space for souvenirs. The hallway opens to the fully-equipped kitchen, leading to the dining area, living room and spacious primary bedroom.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. This condo was perfect for our mini vacation. We had 3 teenagers and had plenty of space for them. We love fort Walton! The view of the beach and ocean was spectacular.

You can’t be the location. What they provide is another story. Bare essentials non-existent. No Kleenex, 1 garbage bag for a week. It’s odd so be prepared. no salt and pepper to cook. Great proximity to the gulf though.

The condo is beautiful, comfortable, has a fantastic view, and met all our needs. Azure also has two very large, excellent pools that our kids enjoyed. It was plenty spacious in all bedrooms and bathrooms. Perfect condo for a Fort Walton vacation.

Our first impression of Azure 507 was not a positive one. Upon arrival and using the master bathroom, we found the sliding door broken and tilted off of the track. We were unable to use the bathroom door. Overall this unit needs to be updated, painted, curtains to balcony and tracking for curtains replaced to be more user friendly, beds updated to be more comfortable and provide full sized twin mattresses in the front bedroom, throw out and go through kitchen utensils and pans, and the refrigerator froze our eggs, even at a normal setting. Lots of little things that added up to make this unit less desirable! 507 Needs some attention!

The condo was perfect for the us. Location was great which gave us easy access to Destin and Navarre. Besides that, the beach was great as well. The only thing we wished was for it to be pet family (we missed our dog).

This is an affordable 3 bed/3 bath, close to Destin, but not in heavy traffic area. Unlike many condos, there is seating for 7 in the family room area. The beaches are not overcrowded, and we appreciated the beach chair service for two that is included. Best of all, nothing beats seeing sunrise and sunset from the balcony!

You can’t beat this view. The condo is steps from the beach. Fun pools and splash pad for the kids. Loved the decor. Kitchen fully stocked. Would definitely stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for the month of February. View is amazing! Beds were comfortable. Balcony furniture was great. Vacasa employees were so friendly and polite to work with if we needed anything. Pots and frying pans could be updated. Enjoyed the beautiful weather and did not want to leave. Returning in 2023.

Fantastic condo with great oceanfront view. Thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness. Had all the amenities necessary and even had a high chair, pack n play, and rollaway bed. Check In and out was simple via text message. Multiple communications from the property management team during our stay just checking in. Will rent again.

This condo met our needs perfectly. We have three teens and there was plenty of room. Washer and dryer were great. Kitchen is well stocked with eating and cooking items. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry soap, and paper towels are provided. Also hotel type bars of soap, shampoo, lotion and conditioner. The furniture in the balcony was so comfortable for enjoying the ocean view. Vacasa was great to work with and were in touch every step of the way for questions, concerns, etc.

We will definitely stay here again. Our condo was very clean and up to date. The balcony had great seating and view. Access to the pool and beach were easy. Only concern we had was one of the hot tubs may have had too much chlorine that caused skin irritation to those of us that got in it one night.

The condo was well appointed, furnished, and fully stocked with kitchen utensils. The breakfast bar, cozy living room, and incredible view from the patio were all great options for morning coffee or evening drinks while looking out at the water. I look forward to coming back!

We had a fabulous spring break in this property. My husband and I took our 15 year old twins and each of them invited a friend. It was wonderful. The pool was great; the beachfront was wonderful. This property is very conveniently located to very good restaurants and other activities. We would definately stay here again!Our only complaint was that attitude of the woman at the office who scolded us when we asked for replacement trash bags, toilet tissue and dishwasher tablets. We were unaware that we were to provide them. It would have been nice if 1) that information was made available in the the pre-arrival emails or day of arrival emails or 2) we could purchase those items at the office. It would have been even nicer if the woman at the front desk had treated us politely. I add this only to alert others what they need to bring or buy once there are here.

Very clean with lots of kitchen items. Loved the patio furniture - spent most of our time sitting outside. Of all the years of renting in Florida it was the best porch furniture I’ve ever had. Only negative was twin beds squeaked so not so comfortable for older adults who slept there. Great view from 5 th floor and not far from elevator.

Property was just as listed. Easy check in! Easy access to beach and parking. Communication with property owner was slow to respond but in the end it worked out. Everything we needed was available in the condo. Excellent location and well maintained property!

Great views & location. Liked the complex, the spacious unit, & the big balcony. There was lots of room for everyone to spread out & the kitchen had everything we needed. Property manager responded to our notice about maintenance issues. We'd stay there again.

The stay was wonderful and a beautiful place! We were not prepared to not have an adequate amount of toilet paper and paper towels. There was not near enough towels to last all of us our stay without washing them daily, which we shouldn't have to do on vacation. Then the bigger problem with that is the dryer does not get hot and dry. It would take 3 hours to dry towels or any other small load of laundry. The queen suite bathroom shower trim kit is way loose. There were no pillows for the couch bed or pull out bed to be used. Theres not a skillet to cook with, but a single serving skillet. That's hard to do with a large family. The place was very clean and a beautiful view. If you guys just do some small maintenance and updates, this place would be a 5* all the time!! We would love to come back and stay again....
