Lovingly known as 'Ocean Minded', Waters Edge 218 is a large beachfront condo that has a unique feel to it that you will fall in love with the moment you step into it. The oversized balcony will call to you and allow you to relax your day away when you are not enjoying your time at the sandy white beaches below. Able to accommodate 12, this three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo is the perfect getaway. There are bunk beds in the hall for extra sleeping accommodations, which leads into a very spacious bedroom that holds a set of twin bunk beds and a queen bed to comfortably accommodate every family's needs. Further down the hall, you will pass another gorgeous bedroom with a king bed. The primary suite has a private entrance to the balcony and a gorgeous view of the gulf. This is the perfect getaway for any size family to enjoy. This lovely piece of Heaven has everything your family will need to relax the days away.
This spacious condo has lots of seating in the living room and dining room to accommodate your group and the extra square footage means you and your guests will have room to spread out.
Water's Edge is a wonderful beachfront complex with two large pools (one is heated in the winter), a large pool deck for relaxing, and a workout room. The multi-level parking makes parking much easier. Enjoy the sugar-white sand with complimentary beach service and then enjoy a cookout at the condo barbecue grills.

This is a great property with easy access to the beach. Not a far walk at all with elderly people. Big spacious pool as well for everyone to enjoy. The condo is a great size for the 12 people we had. Would stay here again hands down.

Only steps to the pool and beach. We loved this location. The only improvement would be with the washer and dryer, they’re terrible.

This was a great stay for our family to meet up and stay together for the Fourth of July week. We had lots of room, a great view plus direct access to the beach. The pools are awesome as well.

The listing and photos are spot-on for this wonderful beach rental! White sugar sand beaches, sparkling pool, comfortable and roomy condo overlooking both. Our group of 8 (five adults and three kids - 10, 13 and 14) had a blast. Guest services is very responsive. We hated that we had to leave!

Our group consisted of five adults and five children. The condo was very clean and comfortable for everyone. Parking wasn't and issue; however, a unit that sleeps twelve and only allows two vehicles could have been a problem had it been a busier time of year. We split the unit with two other families while attending a karate tournament and everyone had different schedules. Overall, it was a great unit and would rent it again.

Very close walk to the ocean. The condo was very clean. There was plenty of space for the 12 of us. The pool is nice. We never had any issues with the elevator. Overall great stay!

Enjoyed the condo, very big, only brought a crew of 5. Could’ve easily doubled and it would’ve still had room. Access to beach and pool being a minute away was outstanding.
Place was in a convenient location to Destin amenities, and parking was easy and accessible

The location of the unit was perfect being on the second floor and on the corner. The patio furniture was great and never got hot. The bedroom set up worked great for all of us (college students, teens and adults). The complex is very clean, user friendly and safe! The beach is only a hundred yards from the complex and the pools are big and accommodate a lot of people. We never felt cramped or like we could not do anything! Thank you for a great vacation! We will definitely be back to this same unit next year!!!

The condo was clean & stocked with a few supplies to start our stay (trash bags, paper towels, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo/conditioner). We went for a long weekend, so the few supplies got us through our trip. Towels are supplied in every bathroom, but be sure to bring your own beach towel. We had 3 adults & 4 teenagers and there was plenty of space for everyone. Beach view was slightly blocked by the tree line, but everything was still gorgeous! Beach access was quick enough - a very short walk on a bridge over the dunes. The heated pool was enjoyed since we went in January! Overall, would recommend this condo & may very well be renting it again in the future.

We have stayed in this condo twice now and it’s always clean and close to the elevator and garbage take out. The beds are comfortable and everything that you could possibly need is there waiting for you!

We had a wonderful family vacation at the Water's Edge Condos. When we arrived the condo was very clean, loved the lovely decorations on the wall, unit was very comfortable. We will definitely return next year. Only one hiccup was we had to call to get a code to get in the unit - the code we were emailed did not work., but we got it immediatley.

Me and my family vacation to florida every year and this has been one of our favorite places we have stayed at. The home is very beautiful and has everything you need for your stay pictures dont do it justice the rooms and beds are much bigger than what they appear it has plenty of space for the family. Also i would like to say how clean this place is! The crew works really hard to keep this place clean 24/7 from the parking lot to the hallways and the pool restrooms. I would definitely recomend this place to anyone!

We had ten folks staying here and had plenty of room and a fabulous view! I only rated four stars because the disposal wasn’t working when we got there and there were also little things that could have used maintenance. For example, the shower light fixture was falling out of the ceiling a bit. The cleanliness was OK when we got there- still sand on the floors from the previous occupants but overall good. I would definitely book with vacasa again!

I loved this property. It is quiet and very relaxing. It is a well maintained property. The only real problem was the parking garage stairwell smells really bad (like urine) so don't park on the 2nd floor. The 3rd and 4th floors which are connected to the resort so you don't need to use the stairs.

The location was great, the beach, the ability to walk to the board restaurants and pier was perfect for us. The unit was very clean only minor complaint was uncomfortable bedding, older mattress in the non master king size bedroom (I have no idea what the other beds are like). Everything else was great, I personally prefer the Gulf Shores/Fort Morgan area a lot more than Destin but it was still nice to get away from the cold of Michigan. Thank you for providing an economical way to do this for our large family!
