This 1200 sq ft ocean view condo located at Coastal Retreat which is centrally located at Milepost 10 near all area attractions, restaurants, and activities. There is an outside dumb waiter to help lift your luggage and groceries up to the third floor. Stunning ocean views from every room and balcony; direct beach access; fully stocked owners closet that you can access with every piece of beach equipment imaginable.

Condo features one of the local’s favorite restaurants – Kill Devil Grill next door, and also a short walking distance is a great breakfast spot, Miller's Restaurant. Amenities include: 4 large Samsung TVs, VCR/DVD combo, stereo w/CD, ceiling fans, and covered deck. Private enclosed outside shower and storage area included. Picnic area, grill can be provided. Pet friendly (fee). Beds made, all linens, washer/dryer, Free WiFi.

Head to the top-floor to access the home’s main living area. Comfortable open floor plan with oceanview balcony. Unwind during your downtime and watch your favorite shows on the TV or relax on the balcony. All the bedrooms have large TVs and great top-floor views.

The living room flows into the bright, fully-equipped kitchen. Bar seating at the countertop helps you share lively conversation with your travel companions as you whip up tasty, home-cooked goods and serve them to the dining area (seats 6 + 3 at the bar).

As the sun rises, walk to the Atlantic Ocean beach. Swim, surf, lay out under the sun and walk along the coast while collecting shells and sea-glass.

Next you can visit one of the local attractions nearby and then walk to one of the local-favorite restaurants nearby.

Return home after your adventures and drift off to sleep in one of the home’s TV-equipped bedrooms. The Master (king) has stunning ocean views and an excellent place to watch the goings on at the beach. The second king is on the quiet back side of the unit with a great view of the Wright Brother National Monument. The kids room features a combo bunk bed with a twin up top and a full bed below.

Drive an easy 2 miles to the Kitty Hawk Coastal Reserve, where you can stroll the walking paths to observe the natural wildlife, or bring your fishing equipment and catch some fresh bass.

For a historic cultural experience, take a 10-minute drive to the Wright Brothers National Memorial, where you can stand at the exact take-off point for the first successful airplane flight.

Various bridges connect the different islands that create North Carolina’s Outer Banks so that you can spend your remaining vacation days exploring the area’s breathtaking, natural waterfront beauty.

Location is great for the beach, restaurants, groceries. Condo clean and comfortable. Only complaint is the stairs. 4 flight of stairs no elevator. There is a lift for taking up your luggage. We did have a great stay.

My husband and I loved the condo, it was just as pictured, great beach vibe! Great view of the ocean. Loved the restaurant next door, Kill Devil Grill, ordered takeout every evening! Our 2 weeks was wonderful.

This “eagles nest perch “ on the 3rd floor is a great place to explore Kill Devil’s Hill. Very well appointed with all the “homelike “ touches. Our host was very prompt to respond and even included a recommendation for great restaurants nearby. The views of the ocean and sound are fabulous and it’s convenient to lots of fun things to explore. This is a wonderful place from which to enjoy Kill Devil’s Hill.

Our first time to the Outer Banks. We enjoyed our time while we were there. Our favorite experience was driving on horse beach, we didn’t see any horses, but a lot of laughter driving in the sand and the fishing was good to.

We watched the sun rise and the sun set on the covered deck. The perfect place to sit and drink a cup of coffee or a cocktail in the evening. The condo was very clean and had all the accessories needed for our stay. Check in was super easy. We would definitely stay there again . A great get away place to stay.

It is a third floor walk up, which may not be right for everyone (but that means gorgeous views of both sunrise and sunset!) and the dumb waiter was very helpful. The unit was very comfortable and the beach closet was fabulous. We never even unpacked the things we brought for the beach! Very considerate items like sugar packets, salt and pepper, dishwasher pods, starter roll of paper towels and TP were also there. They also left a very really terrific book of helpful hints and promptly answered our questions. Many thanks to the owners for making this a great experience.

Had a great week starting here. The unit is very clean, accommodating, and comfortable. Great views from the 3rd floor covered balcony - look for the Wright Brothers memorial to the north west! David, the owner was extremely helpful and communicative! There is everything you need for the beach in the storage area downstairs, umbrellas, beach chairs, boogie boards, and other toys. We especially loved the BBQ which we pulled out and used to grill some flank steaks. All and all a great place!
